Amazing stay!

Excellent stay

Great (and quiet) location in the old city. The Palazzo is easy to get to by car and the valet parking is well worth paying for to remove stress of finding safe parking! Our suite was huge and really comfortable. The hotel and rooms are cleverly designed and manage to retain the features and charm of the old building. The hotel staff are all fantastic - very keen to help and provide advice on restaurants, etc. Highly recommend.

This is an excellent hotel. The staff were so friendly and kind and helpful. They would have made the stay special even if the rest of the hotel wasn't nice. However, everything was fantastic, not just the staff. It has an amazing location right in the historic center but close enough to the University and other shops and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and clean and nicely decorated. The breakfasts were very nice and they would make other things for you as well. We would go back to Lecce just to stay here again.

We just returned from three weeks in Italy and our stay at Palazzo Sant’Anna was definitely one of the highlights. The staff was friendly and helpful—making dinner reservations, recommendations for local wines and suggestions on sights to visit. Our room was unique and wonderful and the breakfast was a special treat.

Not only the place is so gorgeous, the staff is incredible and will really do everything for you to enjoy your stay in lecce. This place is luxurious and you will be treated in a luxurious way, but they also will provide that top tier service while genuinely enjoying it. They also have great products, both the breakfast and apperitivo were amazing. The only negative thing we saw was a french lady complaining that it took more than a minute to get butter at breakfast which we, as french canadians, found pretty funny. Other than that, our room was so gorgeous. Sure, it was a bit special to have an opening in the wall between the bedroom and the toilet but everything else was great and contributed to great memories of lecce.

We loved our stay at Palzzo Dant'Anna in Lecce! From the first moment we arrived when Mateo welcomed us, to the moment of our departure when we met the wonderful owner and creator of this unique hotel. The staff could not have done more to make our stay a pleasure. Alfonso and Mateo helped us with restaurant recommendations and bookings, and made great touring suggestions. Valaria, a talented mixoligist, created memorable cocktails with perfectly matched nibbles. Franchesca provided us with sublime massages in the the truly magical spa. It was an altogether memorable, wonderful stay. We will be back!!

This is a great 5 star hotel. Beautifully constructed, fabulous amenities, and most of all a staff that truly delights in helping its guests enjoy the wonderful city of Lecce.

The absolutely best hotel I have ever experienced in all of Italy. I’m not on a big travel budget I need to be frugal if I want to enjoy and continue traveling. The staff were the perfect host both friendly and accommodating making the beautiful city of Lecce more enjoyable.

There are not enough stars to rate this hotel. The property and rooms are gorgeous, but the staff is exceptional. They are so friendly and accommodating that our stay was more wonderful than we could have ever imagined. Lecce is a beautiful city, but if we return, it will be solely because of the lovely staff and the warm treatment we received from everyone. We cannot express enough how much we enjoyed our time.

The staff were excellent - very attentive and flexible. I enjoyed the complimentary home cooked aperetifs which were served most days by a talented chef. This was accompanied by fine wines (although it should have been more clear there was a beverage charge). The building is beautiful and in an excellent location. Hope to return.

Fantastic hotel Superb staff especially Francesca , vilaria, Mateo, and Barbara . So friendly, helpful, and comfortable. The property itself was also amazing.

Magnificent hotel especially the staff. Felt like home but a luxurious one at that. Highly recommend a stay!
