The hotel was wonderful, the staff was great, the only downsides were that it is not easily accessible, and the shower never got much past cold.

The property was really nice. In a nice and quiet area of the island. I do wish there were a few more dining options after 6pm other than making a reservation at the restaurant which you have to do the day before. Also the cleanliness was just ok, not terrible but not super thorough. Some of my towels and blankets had stains so I had to request new ones. I'm sure they'd been cleaned but it's just not comforting to see stains.

Customer service 0. Staff and manager did not attempt to help me with any problems. Food was awful. We got a private pool facing the ocean and it was blasting cold water nonstop making it impossible to even put your feet in the water. It was an ice plunge. The rooms had a weird smell and extremely wet and humid. We would come back to the room and lay on the bed and it would be wet:

Amazing beachside resort. The staff was amazing and friendly and the island is gorgeous. Will definitely return!

Great all around

Staff and hotel were great.. Expedia booking system is complete rubbish. It showed me a hotel on different island to flights, without any indication that we’d need to get a ferry. Our flights landed us at 10pm with our toddler and that meant we had to book a last minute hotel for the night, at midnight and then ferry at 7.30pm. Cost us a lot of money and made it a stressful start to our holiday

The staff were incredibly pleasant and we had a room with the panoramic sea view which was beautiful. The buffet breakfast was an incredible spread and one of the best I have seen. They were even able to convert some of my USD to EUR which was very handy. The room clean was to a high standard on a daily business and it was very easy to get around from this location by walking to local restaurants or by quad bike. My only slight issue was the wifi in our room hardly ever worked which needs to be improved as we could not stream or send emails due to this.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Shout out to the cleaning staff who put balloons in our room for our 1 year old daughter to play. She loved them. Super attentive of them.

The staff are absolutely lovely. The hotel is really nice and modern. It’s super clean. The area is really nice and quiet and there’s a few nice restaurants near by serving fresh fish. Perfect setting.

People were friendly and helpful. Bathroom smelled of raw sewage which could be smelled in the entire suite. Water leak in hallway potential slip hazard was present everyday. Private pool faced public area one meter away, it was not private. Difficult to get to room without access for luggage. Cost of stay was significantly overpriced for value.

Great location

The hotel is secluded from the busier resorts meaning it’s quiet and relaxing. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were amazing and having a private pool as well as a main pool and beach was a game changer. It’s a little spot of heaven

After 10 hours trip we arrived midnight and the hotel didnt have room service. No problem… We slept hungry and in the breakfast my wife wanted to take small plate of fruits to the room for our 18 months old baby. She asked permission from the staff and after 45 min waiting, she decided to come to room. On the way staff was screaming that you cant take the food to the room etc. She said that if you want charge the room or call the police because my baby is hungry. After all these argument i wanted to talk to manager and he was also so rude and telling me that hotel has the rules if you dont obey you must leave.. Then i explained him that they gave us wrong category of the room, dirty toilet, baby cot without mattress, and other mistakes and nobody was screaming in the middle of the lobby. Finally they accepted fully refund and we left the hotel 4 days earlier. Hotel has very strange management that has no idea what is the hospitality.. Unskilled staff, poor facilities and very rude manager combination creates the terrible experience. PS** Pictures looks like fake. Typical not even 4 stars hotel.

Very good hotel, specially when you can compare with others

Very helpful staff, beautiful view, very friendly waiters and bartenders. Its really nice place to relax. Only thing is the location. There is restaurant and shop nearby, but if you want go to explore the town a bit more then you need to take taxi (which isn't cheapest). On the other hand, they can arrange for you some trips and bus is already included the very fair price. I really did enjoy stay in this place and definitely could recommend!

The staff were exceptional! They upgraded us for free. It was clean! The pool was cold and the cocktails were so so but overall so beautiful! The breakfast was also delicious!

This place looks nicer in pictures and probably the idea was good. The execution didn’t match the design. Staff is OK. Free breakfast is OK. Location is good. But, You have to call the front desk to adjust the AC. That was mind blowing.

Beach is very small but hotel is very nice
