We loved our stay at the Beverley Arms. The staff were amazing and the property facilities are brilliant.

Room spotless, excellent cooked breakfast Some staff vey pleasant. Unfortunately others were quite brusque and offhand. Bar was massively overstaffed and slow to serve you and the younger ones were very casual and discourteous. Bedroom very cluttered. A shelf for toiletries in bathroom would be easy to install and a big improvement. Urinals in gents off the restaurant were filthy. An area of bar where you can sit with a dog would be welcome

Booked three rooms cleanliness was good. Like Goldilocks one room was too hot one too cold and one just right. Slow service from the bar. Rude waitress at breakfast.

Beverley Arms has the right level of helpful staff without being intrusive. good facilities, good breakfast - though I think it's busiest in the last 30 mins before 10am, as most guests, like I was, are there to relax!

Friendly staff. Breakfast good.. nowhere for guests to sit in the bar area, so had to go out..
