Very clean. Spacious room. The restaurant has good service. Just excellent!

Great Quiet place to be with very friendly staff with daily cleaning keeping your room up to the standard. However breakfast is very very poor in some case you may look for other alternatives

Hoyel staff was great !They make sure all my needs were met, and nade me feel welcome. The hotel was conveniently located, shopping, attractions, and dining was within walking dustanxe or easy to get transportation. Room was clean, comfortable, and functional. Room was cleaned and bed made every day. Breakfast was included and with good options to eat.

I like this properly because was easy to walk everywhere.

Una joya—toallas con manchas de sangre y una pulga bailando salsa, todo grabado para mi futura película, ‘El Escándalo de las Toallas.’ Los pisos parecían triturados por una tormenta y olían a club de moho. ¿Las bañeras? Un experimento asqueroso—mocos, hollín y pedacitos misteriosos. Me puse mi delantal de Cenicienta y las limpié con jabón de platos y una toalla sangrienta, porque, ¿quién necesita dignidad? Fui a recepción a suplicar por toallas limpias, enseñando mi video estelar de la pulga, pero me soltaron: ‘Haberlo dicho antes, reina—te doy una toalla y punto.’ Mientras tanto, mi hija me mandó una selfie de su cama con una cucaracha tamaño tanque. A medianoche, hacíamos maletas como locos para huir, solo para descubrir una fiesta de cucarachas debajo de la mesa de la cocina. ¿Cero estrellas? Le daría menos infinito si pudiera. La actitud del personal fue el colmo—tan condescendiente que hasta un santo mandaría al diablo. ¡Huye de este lugar o acabarás en terapia con las cucarachas! 10/10, jamás lo recomiendo.

We stayed at the joining apartment and was disappointed with the condition it was in. The floors war peeling and very dirty. Bathrooms had rusted towel hangers. Bedroom walls and walls in the hole apartment needed paint (our bedroom had wholes in the wall!)… the baseboards and flooring was very dirty. The 2front desk girls should get all the credit for making our stay pleasant-I forgot their name but they were incredibly nice. The mail staff was very unpleasant and when my son leaned on the corner of the couch while we were waiting in line he came up without even saying hi and very rudely told him to get off the corner of the couch! We have seen him several times at the door and behind the desk and not even once he said hello to us ! The area is not the greatest but if you are not walking alone you will be fine.

This hotel is dirty, terrible location, extremely rude staff, disgusting bathrooms, paper thin towels that we had to PAY for. 3 moldy old pool cushions. Green dirty pool. Inedible breakfast. We left early and not quick enough. Gross. Terrible.

We’ll see if anyone reads these: The staff was great. The property was great. The pool was fine. The restaurant was good. The price was reasonable. The gym was fair, but there was. NO HOT WATER FOR SHOWERS FOR FIVE DAYS. LET ME SAY IT AGAIN: THERE WAS NO HOT WATER FOR FIVE DAYS. NO HOT WATER FOR SHOWERS. FOR FIVE DAYS. FIVE DAYS. FIVE.

Not great

En primer lugar el desayuno no varia, es lo mismo y no ponen nada de proteina. Los pisos de la habitaciòn no se mapean. Los unico bueno que el hotel es centrico.

property was in good condition,front desk staff was friendly and helpfull. we went to restaurant to have dinner,waited 5 minutes hostess did not even come and greet us aand did not bring menu? so we walked away from the restaurant. and worst thing about this hotel was the breakfast bufee i could not imagine any worst breakfast selection,there was no hot food offered,mainly sweet buns,nothing green or sliced tomatos ,olives,or any vegetables, bufe seting was so unorganized that coffe cups were far away from coffe pots,plates are far away from food,over all very lousy breakfast.i would not come here again.i

La habitación cómoda, grande, bastante limpia, solo no le gustó que al llegar olía como a guardado, pero paso después de abrir la ventana y ventilar, pero en general bastante bien. La zona es bastante movida, pero el metro está muy cerca, es fácil movilizarse a pie y hay muchas opciones para comer cerca
