Property is old need to be updated

Nice property (multiple condo-housing). Some maintenance seems to be required (clogged sink, ill-equipped kitchen,…), but it remains an excellent value for money. Numerous convenience stores nearby.

Facilities are a bit old but maintained well. Towels and pillow covers are clean. Located in the town of Damyang Meta Province. Easy to access and enjoy Damyang’s touristic spots.

This was a nice, simple place to stay for a couple nights while enjoying the area. It’s near the tourist sights and has many amenities within a walkable distance. The condo was clean, quiet, and provided enough space and tools to make meals. The only issue was no sleeping mats were provided for the children to sleep on despite our reservation noting 4 persons. However, we had an inflatable mattress and didn’t request mats to be brought in. I assume they would have been provided had we requested them. I would stay here again.

오래된 숙소 조금 개선했으면…

전체적으로 만족 찾기 쉽고 근처에 일반적인 상권이 있고 팬션들의 분위기가 만족스럽다. 편안하고 안락한 곳이다. 다만 좀 올드한 느낌....

객실은 깨끗하고, 넓고 쾌적했습니다.

遅い時間に到着してお世話になりました。周りの景色がよかっです。

객실은 청소가 좀 더 되어있어야 할것 같고요 . 재 청소 요청하였음 입실후 너무 춥고 데워지는데 시간 많이 걸리고 웃풍이 너무 많아 추웠어요

쇼핑시설은 보토 주변환경 아주좋응

그릇 부족하게 비치하고 달라고 하니 와서 가져가라. 인원 추가 요금은 잘도 챙겨가고.. 참 고맙습니다.

숙박환경이 좋았습니다

춥고 너무 오래되어서 낡아서 가격대비 너무실망입니다ㅠㅠ

위치가 좋았으며 주위 환경이 좋았어요

위치는 좋았지만 거실에 소파도 놓여있지 않았습니다. 가격이 싸다는 것 외엔 최악이었습니다.

와관은 잘 관리되었는데 내부시설이나 주위환경은 매우 안좋음

샤워실 샤워기가 고장나서 사용이 불편했음 다른방에는 세면대가 막혀서 사용할 수 없었음 관리인이 즉시 고쳐주기로 약속했음 방이 커서 4명이 충분히 잘 수있으나, 정원을 3명으로 낮춰놓고 1명은 추가요금과 이불값으로 2만원을 더 받았음
