Hello, it was a great experience staying here. At first, I had trouble finding this hotel, but it turned out to be on the side of the road. I only had trouble carrying my suitcase upstairs because there's no elevator, only a flight of stairs, maybe three floors in total. It was very tiring. I hope there's an elevator in the future. Sorry, I forgot to take a photo of the room. If you're traveling with a small amount of luggage, this is a great place to stay. Ambiance/Facilities: The hotel lobby and room were clean, and the bathroom was also clean. Thank you. Staff Assistance: The staff were nice, friendly, and helpful. Highlights: There's a free water refill dispenser in the lobby. Price: Appropriate

All fine, just no lift and helper to carried the luggage

(+)Location is practical since its just a walk away from many tourist site (Senado Square, The Ruins,Augustine Church,etc.. ) Also, it is near Grand Emperor Hotel & Macau Peninsula where tourist can also wait for a free shuttle ride going to casinos. (+) Room is spacious compared to rooms offered in Hong Kong. (-) Receptionist (lady) assigned during the afternoon (we arrived 3pm) doesn't understand english much which made it difficult for us to communicate since she also has a question that I could not understand. At first she seems rude (expression and body language) since she cant speak English but after few moments I observed that she actually cared for the guest by giving what we need, trying her best to deliver her message to us, etc. (-) CR door is busted. Can't be locked. Overall, I will still recommend this hotel if you are a guest who wanted to score a cheap hotel in Macau and will stay only for one or two days.

The room is very spacious and clean. The place is also just few steps away from bus stop.
