The patio was a nice place to have a beer and socialize. The location in Kensington is really convenient. The apartment is tiny. It's advertised as 2 bedrooms but its mostly a one bedroom and then the end of the hallway (leading out to the patio) that they've added a doorway to "create" a 2nd room. The bathroom is tiny (they only gave us 1 towel for the 2 guests) and the tv didn't work. There was leftover food still in the fridge and garbage in the trash cans/on the counter.
Overall, the location is amazing if you want to be in Kensington, but not work 200+ dollars by any means. There are much nicer/more spacious hotels around, I would not recommend.
