Just next to train station and shopping malls

Fantastic access for Billie EIlish's HMHAS tour at Saitama Super Arena. With a 7-Eleven & Lawson right across the public square, ticket collection was super easy and the train station is literally next door. The room was perfect for a short concert stay, and the breakfast buffet was great.

It’s a nice, cozy hotel. It’s pretty close to the Saitama Sin Toshin Station and Saitama Arena. It’s very convenient.

Great location

Close to the station. Breakfast is served until 10am so you can relax. The buffet is very delicious. There are no steps in the bathroom. Quiet. The only view from the window was the building in front of me. It was a bit difficult for a 4-day stay.

Great experience with excellent service.

I got to the hotel earlier than check in time, but the staff was accommodating with holding my bag's until check in time. When I arrived to check in they already had my bags put into my room for me. So many more things the staff did, but I must say the experience was just awesome. I wish there was a six star rating because this hotel deserves it. From the room, to the breakfast, to the service, and definitely the staff.

A new and safe hotel. Direct access from the station.　There are no steps in the bathroom. The basic makeup kit was very helpful. The staff were very kind. The breakfast was delicious and beautiful. It was served until 10am so there was no stress. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity. Thank you.

Excellent service! Room was very clean and all amenities were provided in the room. Very good location, the hotel is closed to the train station, cocoon city malls, convenience stores and many restaurants. Front desk and restaurant staffs were very polite and helpful. We will definitely book this hotel again on our next trip to Japan! ❤️

It’s very clean and convenient

I liked how quiet my stay was. Rooms were nice. It was also super convenient to be located so close to the train station and the arena.

The hotel was at an excellent JR train station, it is just 2 minutes to the hotel. The front desk staffs were very nice and friendly, I did not expect they even help to take our luggages into our room. The buffect breakfast was provided a lot of choice, and the food was yummy. The cafe staffs provided very good service. The room price of the hotel was reasonable. We enjoyed the stay and had a good time, we would come to this hotel again, thank you for the service.
