However, the big minus point is that there is no bellman to support when my family arrives. The bed is not sturdy, a bit creaky, the soft mattress makes my back hurt a bit when sleeping. In addition, the shampoo bottle is glued to the bathroom wall, but in my room, the glue may have dried and kept falling down.

Lần đầu tiên tôi thấy chiếc giường rộng như vậy. Bề ngang của giường ~ 2,5m 😀. Đây là lần thứ 2 tôi ở khách sạn này. Khách sạn có tặng tôi phần bánh và trái cây để welcome back 🥰🤪

Phòng rất đẹp, vị trí thuận tiện đi dạo chợ và Vincom gần đó. Mình ở phòng thông nhau nên thoải mái, giá ổn hơn thuê 2 phòng hay thuê 1 phòng và trả thêm tiền phụ thu! Rất hài lòng!

Hướng dẫn rất tận tình. Thái độ phục vụ good. - phòng ngủ (thực tế như ảnh luôn nhé): mình chọn view river: đẹp đỉnh luôn. Ban ngày chill, hay tối lên đèn rất đẹp. Mọi người nên chọn view river nhé. Phòng ngủ khá sạch sẽ. Nhưng giường lắm gối quá. Đệm hơi cao, nằm hơi đau lưng, hơi khó chịu. Mình ở tầng 18. Cực kì cực kì ồn. Cách âm kém quá. Nghe như tiếng gõ búa rầm rầm trên đầu luôn. Nên bọn mình bị mất ngủ. Khó chịu lắm. Đây là vấn đề mình khó chịu nhất khi ở đây. - phòng tắm: đầy đủ đồ. Sữa tắm, dầu gội thơm lắm. Nhưng bàn chỗ bồn rửa mặt vẫn bị ố vàng, trong kính chỗ buồng tắm phía chân trông có vẻ hơi bẩn). Khách sạn 5* nên cải thiện. tóm lại là view đẹp, sạch sẽ, nhân viên thân thiện nhiệt tình.
