I booked this hotel through the app and I found it quite good. The rooms are decent and it's very convenient, close to the hospital and restaurants.

Weak wifi but fast support staff, okay

I am not satisfied with the evening security guard. His attitude towards customers who park their vehicles overnight is unpleasant. Hopefully this feedback will change next time.

Reception: 9/10, quite okay, met 3 receptionists, 1 person wearing a vest is quite nice, the female on the same shift is also nice, the only thing that is a little bit unsatisfactory is the morning receptionist, when I arrived I asked her to look after my luggage to go to the hospital for a check-up, even though it was almost 7 o'clock, she seemed a bit tired and uncomfortable. But anyway, she still helped me keep my luggage. Room: 10/10, on the top floor (8th floor), right on a moonlit night, at night I turned off the lights and opened the window to let the moonlight into the room, ^^!. Only a small note is that the room is prone to ants. Room service: nice, enthusiastic If there is one annoying thing is the person in charge of the water counter, I asked if there was a restaurant nearby, she said "yes, I don't know" while across the street from the hotel there are at least 2 restaurants (I only saw them when I walked out, otherwise I probably wouldn't have asked). Luckily the male receptionist was enthusiastic and just a little further across the street there was the shop. Overall, the experience was 4.5 stars / 5 stars. (would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the female above)

The hotel location is very convenient, near the hospital, restaurants, and convenience stores. The receptionist was friendly. I arrived earlier than check-in time but was still allowed to check in early.

The room is clean, the space is just enough, not too big, the location is convenient for those who need to check in at the exit department of Cho Ray hospital. However, the air conditioner is not very cool, hot water takes a long time to come. When I asked the receptionist to help me with a fan, a staff member brought the fan to the room and asked me if I saw the wallet of the previous guest when I checked in. At that time, I also wondered if the housekeeping staff didn't clean up after the guest checked out, why was a new guest asked that question 🙂

Lợi thế là khách sạn ngay trước cổng Bệnh viện Chợ Rẫy, thích hợp cho những ai khám bệnh, đặc biệt là khám sức khoẻ để đi xuất cảnh vì từ khách sạn đi mấy mét là tới ngay cổng khám sức khoẻ định cư luôn. Tuy nhiên, khách sạn sẽ có phụ thu thêm nếu các bạn nhận phòng trước 12h nhé.

Everything is okay, but the room price compared to room amenities is higher. It's only convenient because it's close to the hospital (this is not necessarily necessary for tourists).

khách sạn sạch sẽ ,thích hợp những ai khám hay làm việc ở Chợ Rẫy thôi nha , nhân viên thân thiện 🤗 phòng khách sạn hẹp nên mình ở 2 người book loại phòng family( dành cho 4 người ) để ở cho thoải mái . không thích ở điểm khách sạn không kèm bữa ăn sáng hay buffe free gì cả . khách sạn có nhà hàng nhưng giá khá cao !

First night in Ho Chi Minh City, very impressed with accommodation and very helpful receptionists. Got all we needed, such as hair dryer, kettle, toothbrushes, slippers and wifi. Air cond and water system are good as well 🥰.
