[The] room is clean, not big, but enough to put 2 suitcases and there [is] still space to walk. [A] recommended place to stay if you're in Tokyo.

I love stay at this hotel as there were few markets near the hotel and just a 5 mins walk from the train station - Akebonobashi station. Worry not, they also have luggage transfer service which is very useful for those who plan to travel hustle free. The room also very clean and guess what they also have bathtub in their toilet. So, very recommend you guys to stay here.

Very strategic location, the room is also quite big, unfortunately because we had to check out early in the morning, so we couldn't taste the breakfast. Overall I enjoy the hotel. But the best thing is the location that very strategic. Near to train station, bus station and the mini market like 711, Family mart, Aeon, restaurants in one way. Even I had walked up to Shinjuku Gyoen Park and Shinjuku station area for shopping centre.

Booked a room for a single person, room was quite small but that ' s all you really need. After exploring Tokyo for a whole day, all you want is just some place comfy to crash. Located not far from Akebonobashi metro station, so very convenient. The neighbornood is quiet and far from the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku, but close enough to get there by metro.

Very good location near the Akebonobashi station, walking distance. The hotel is in an alley, 5 minutes away from the station as a residence. Therefore, the night is not lonely. There are restaurants, cafes, seven and pharmacies that are quite large (and tax free for tourists). The area is very convenient. New hotels and rooms are considered wide. Because we booked a 4 bed room There is still space to place all 4 large luggage. Conclusion Like clean, new, peaceful. Good location. If going to Tokyo, probably would stay again.

The location was near to akebonobashi station and surrounded by restaurants (e.g. Coco ichibanya). The room was quite small but still comfortable. Staffs were helpful and the facilities were good.

The hotel is close to the Akebonobashi exit A2 station, next to it is a large drugstore, and the neighborhood is very tasty with lots of food and minimart (lawson, 7-11, family mart) and not too close to the highway so it isn't noisy. Oya, the nearest station has no elevator and escalator, and there are quite a lot of stairs to get to the A2 exit, so when you bring a suitcase it is rather peer. Check in time is strict at 3 o'clock. Room size is small but enough for 2 26 ”suitcases, and the hotel is still new so it's good.
