Old hotel, quite complete facilities, affordable prices, friendly for staying with family, close to Kuta Beach.

Actually from the outside, the hotel is nice. But when you enter the room it is not comfortable. The room is dark, the Kurant is not maintained, the toilet is dark. The staff is not responsive and does not provide solutions. For the location, it is close to Kuta.

The first room I got had a connecting door, but the door couldn't be locked, the staff tried to fix it but it took a long time, with the condition that I arrived late at night and was exhausted. Then the staff gave me another room, but the problem happened again. I chose a more expensive room because it had a bathtub facility, with the intention of being able to soak in hot water, but there was no hot water until the next day, very disappointing, there was no apology from the hotel for the problem that occurred.

Friendly staff. Strategic location. I moved to the 1st floor. Add 100k. The facilities are old. But it's okay. On the right side of the hotel in the afternoon there is a delicious penyetan lalapan.

The view from the room is very nice, the room is comfortable, the equipment can be used properly and the hotel is willing to come directly if needed. What needs to be improved is the sink which is clogged and takes a long time to reduce the amount of water. The bathroom floor needs to be cleaned more extra. The TV channels are sometimes lost or the picture is broken.

The hotel is strategically located near the airport. The hotel doesn't have an elevator. Go up to the 3rd floor carrying your suitcase. The staff's reaction was insufficient to handle guest luggage which had to go up to the top floor. The bed sheets and towels must be replaced immediately because the color is no longer suitable for use.
