Worth it for money. 5 minutes walk to jalan alor. Easy to get food. Surrounding by indian resto. But a little bit worries at night, especially for family. Many girls stand around offer her self.

If you bring a lot of luggage, this hotel is not suitable for staying. Why? Because there is no elevator, yesterday I got to the 3rd floor, it was incredibly tiring to lift the luggage. As for the condition of the room, it was not very clean, the building is old, the asbestos is moldy. As for customer service, it was very friendly, especially Umi.

I only stayed one night. There was an unpleasant incident during check-in. The male staff member gave me a room that couldn't be locked from the inside. I refused and asked to change rooms. He insisted that the room was safe even though it wasn't locked and said there were no available rooms. If you wanted to wait, please come back at 3 p.m. Kuala Lumpur time. I returned to the hotel before 3 p.m. and planned to change hotels and ask for a deposit because the room wasn't available. However, the female staff member said no, and she gave me a room that could be locked with an access card. I only stayed here once.

Very pleasant, very friendly service. Close to the city center, within walking distance to Pasar Alor, Pavilion, and other Bukit Bintang areas. Highly recommended. If I bring my family tomorrow, I'll stay here again. Thank you, Mom and Aunt and Uncle, for the excellent service...

for the first time checking in a budget hotel, budget is not just any budget. really close to pavillion bukit bintang, just walk away. I think this hotel is really worth it, cheap is cheap. The hotel isn't large, and it's not far from the busy center and shopping areas. There are also minimarkets and eateries scattered around the hotel... The rooms are not bad, quite clean. There's no elevator, so this hotel isn't suitable for seniors unless you choose a ground floor room. The main highlight is the friendly, warm, and informative receptionist...

The staff is friendly, it's just that I ordered a superior family room, but was given a separate room with the excuse that it was under renovation. I couldn't sleep at night because I could hear people talking.

For a budget hotel, OK lah, there are lots of places to eat around.

The staff are all friendly...and very helpful when my sister's room key was left inside the staff immediately went upstairs and helped to open her room. I had a chat with Umi...she is a nice person and very helpful. I will stay here again if I go to KL

Location is very near to Bukit Bintang MRT station. Quick check in. Refundable deposit RM50. Room is okay. Provided with towel, hair and body shampoo. A lot eateries nearby. Quiet. Nearby Changkat area, good for clubbing. Overall it is okay.
