We had a comfortable stay. Check in/check out was a breeze. They have been so generous with providing us with a unit upgrade. It’s perfect for groups or family that needs a lot of space. The unit is clean and well maintained. Its complete with 2-door fridge, microwave oven, pitcher, plates, utensils, and lots of cabinets for storage. Water dispensers are provided on the hall ways, so you can easily refill water. I like that the hotel is environmentally friendly. The hotel is right in front of a mall, you can easily cross using the footbridge. So you can buy stuff/groceries that you need. There are good restaurants next to it that you can try. Airport is ~10 mins away. Overall great experience!

positive : 1. they let us check in before the check-in time 2. good overall facilities 3. clean room, clean utensils 4. spacious living space 5. within walking distance to borneo hospital, spring mall, and good malay-indian-chinese foods in the shop nearby negative : 1. electricity was not working when I first came, but they quickly resolve it after I reported to the front desk 2. Breakfast options are very limited, the drinks are pretty diluted, though they offer take away box if you need to go very early

The apartment hotel is comfortable, clean, available cutlery, pots, pans, microwave and drinking water as much as you like. Check in and check out receptionist service is fast. Enjoyed staying at this hotel.

This is a serviced apartment that is very poorly maintained! There is no aircon in the lobby and the room has a weird, humid smell as if it has never been open for months. Not worth the price at all. Checked-in, had bad experience with the concierge, once I saw the room I immediately leave the room and does not even stay there. Not recommended at all!

Tidak sesuai harapan. Sarapan diantar ke kamar tidak semestinya seperti hotel lain, itu pun sarapan cuma mie, 1 kamar hanya dapat 1. Sangat buruk dah, tidak bagus. Saran untuk semua jangan sampai memilih hotel ini.

Not the first time we have been staying in Citadines Uplands Kuching. But seems like it relatively has gotten slightly worse than before. Stayed in a 2 bedrooms accommodation and it was still generally clean and pleasant, but there are some obvious signs of wear around the accommodation. The sofa seats were kind of flat and hardly puffy anymore. The TV programmes were grainy. No dishwashing soap were provided anymore. The gym and laundry room were closed. And pool towels have to be requested from a phone which may take some time. Not that those made the stay unbearably unpleasant, but certainly took off some shine from the brand we used to know.

Pretty neat clean hotel. for small families it is suitable but for large families it is not suitable. only I am very very very dissatisfied the toilet is very problematic. want to throw big but afraid because flush x how strong you want. still left gold pieces> <, and another one, swimming pool availble for 2 adults aged 12 years - 60 years. that's it so far everything else is ok.

I spent two nights in this hotel. The room wasn't well vacuumed, however, the room was comfortable. Secondly, the room wasn't cleaned despite me leaving a note on the door knob for room to be refreshed the next morning (on my 2nd day stay). The breakfast sent to the room wasn't good at all. Food was not tasty -e. G. The curry served with roti jala was red liquid. Thanks.
