I stayed at Harris Malang with my two children. We had just returned from Ranu Kumbolo and were in dire need of a break. We really enjoyed our stay at Harris Hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room didn't include breakfast, so we paid for two people because we wanted to have breakfast at the restaurant. As usual, the food was amazing, a Harris specialty. It was delicious! 👍🏻

It was a lot of fun and will be back again.

A staycation with the family was enjoyable at the Harris Hotel Malang. The swimming pool is great. The gym is also great, clean, and the equipment is easy to use. The hotel's surroundings are cool and full of trees.

The service is not good for a 4-star hotel, the check-in process is from 13.00, you can only check-in at 15.30.

The staff is friendly and responsive, and the facilities are excellent. I'd definitely stay here again if I were in Malang.

I felt nostalgic for staying at Harris a few years ago with a large group of kindergarten-aged children. Unfortunately, the pool was overcrowded with other guests this time. Breakfast wasn't as comprehensive as before.

The hotel is perfect for relaxing... healing... Nyepi... or even for those who want to WFA, work on assignments, or finish their thesis. Because it's that peaceful...

Friendly staff, clean rooms, easy to reach location

Close access to the Singosari toll road and Arjosari terminal. I happened to be on a work trip here... However, the hotel was kind and allowed me to check in early, allowing me to pray Dhuhr in my room.

We rented two standard rooms facing the pool. The room size is actually standard but feels cramped because the interior design somehow blocks the path. The furniture is typical of an old hotel, cracked here and there, but it's quite clean on the surface except for important details such as the sofa and headboard which are made of white synthetic leather so any accumulated dirt is really visible. They really need to clean it. They didn't seem to put cleaning effort into the details (furniture corners, the floor under the bed, windows were very dirty). Thankfully the staff were helpful and quick to respond, even at midnight. Breakfast was so-so, quite varied but the quality of the bread really needs improvement. Another downside, there was always noisy noise to the right and left of the room throughout my stay, even in the middle of the night, the sound of someone cleaning while moving furniture which was very disturbing to rest, especially at night.

Clean, comfortable, and friendly. The food is delicious and the hotel environment is fresh, like being in the mountains even though it's in the city.

Hidden gems in Malang, one of the marvelous places to stay, calm, quiet, and a little bit far away from the city madness. The room was so neat and clean, staff are kind and helpful. I will recommend this one as a must-visit and stay place in Malang. Worth trying.. See you soon
