The hotel’s location is excellent, with convenient access to other areas via MRT and bus. Chinatown is only about a 15-minute walk away. Check-in and check-out were easy and fast. The room was spacious and clean; however, the air conditioner couldn’t be adjusted. My room stayed around 19°C, which was very cold, so I often had to turn it off because it was uncomfortable. The entire hotel is clean and well maintained, with good ventilation and a fresh, pleasant atmosphere. Overall, it’s good value for the price.

The lock in my room was broken. The jetspray should be in the wall not in the closet, it was horrible put the jetspray in the closet not so comfortable also the jetspray quite loosen. When i want to checkin no one is helping a hand to bring the luggage.

The best hotel. Perfect! There is a bidet in the toilet. Clean. Comfortable. The room is quite large. The toilet is very comfortable. The price is still okay for 5-star facilities. Near Chinatown. There is a lift next to the hotel that allows you to access the MRT in the Outram station and you can walk to the SGH shuttle service. Comfy and clean bed. There is a bidet and drinkable tap water.
