Stayed for 2 nights here, the room is quite spacious, the room is quite clean, the AC is cold, the hot water in the room comes out very little, so even though it has been maximized, it still doesn't feel hot. Strategic location, close to the souvenir center, it is difficult to find parking especially when the hotel is full of visitors, parking is only available in front of the hotel. For breakfast, there is not much variety, for the price of 100 thousand per person it is not worth it with the menu available.

Easy access, no hassle because it is on the main road

The location is right next to Krisna Sunset Road, so it's easy to shop for souvenirs. The food is delicious. If I go back to Bali, I'll stay here again.

Good room with accessible location. This hotel is literally next to Krisna souvenir center and very close to I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport. We really like the services of all staff in here, they’re really friendly 😁🙏

I've been here many times, the staff is very friendly, the service is okay, the location is really strategic, the downside is the room floor is sticky & the bathroom is a bit damp so it smells a bit but it's still okay

In early 2021, I stayed at Atanaya, and every time I go to Bali, I always stay here. The service is friendly, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the facilities are complete, and the rooftop pool is really nice.

The only thing I don't like is the water for bathing, it's slippery and salty.

I got the room at the end, the AC wasn't cold, I informed the receptionist, but the response was bland. The food was just standard, the taste was plain.

The hotel staff was friendly, but the day before we finished breakfast, why was the room immediately made up? We hadn't even checked out yet. I ordered food via Grab from the hotel, but the hotel didn't notify us when it arrived, even though we included our room number in the order. Instead, we were notified the next morning after we had already checked out and were already at the airport (not being able to provide extra service). Please don't discriminate between all customers staying there. Breakfast was mediocre.

The best hotel experience in Bali, with just the right amount of hot water and a clean bathroom. Comfortable bed, cool air conditioning. Only minimal coffee and tea are provided.

The hotel is not new but still very good

The place is very comfortable and the atmosphere is calm even though it feels like it is in the middle of the city and the prices are not too expensive.
