The room was clean and comfortable, the mattress was thick and soft, there was an electric kettle and mineral water as well as coffee, tea, and sugar, the bathroom was clean, only the AC leaked a bit, but it's okay.. I also recommend to my friends that if they go to Bandung, they should stay at Vio Hotel 🫠

Staying here was very comfortable. There's also parking for motorbikes, so you feel safe because the parking isn't open. The rooms are also comfortable, well-equipped, and the food is delicious.

The rooms are clean and tidy, the location is close to UNPAD, Gasibu field and Gedung Sate, as well as culinary delights.

The ground floor room is unique... Suitable for families.

The room was for two adults, but only provided bathroom amenities for one person. The room floor was not very clean. Breakfast was served until 10:00, but even at 8:00, some menu items were sold out and not refilled, even though the hotel staff could have checked to see who had not had breakfast on that date. The taste was also lacking. Hopefully, it can be improved. Thanks.

The hotel is strategically located and close to several tourist attractions, restaurants, and minimarkets. Check-in time at 2 PM was quite fast, but the staff could improve their friendliness and be more welcoming. Guests are asked for a deposit of IDR 50,000 upon check-in. The rooms are not very large with basic amenities (1 soap, 1 toothbrush, 2 towels, and standard coffee and tea). The white sheets and towels had a slightly sour smell, and the bathroom was clogged. The hot water shower worked well. What was interesting (and not provided by all hotels) was the pillow! The breakfast menu was quite complete, but unfortunately, it was still cold at 6 AM because the food warmer was only activated. Overall, the price was quite reasonable for the facilities and services provided by Vio Surapati.
