The location is very strategic. However, it's a shame that deposits require cash, even though QRIS is now faster and easier to pay. The TV sound needs to be checked; it sometimes disappears and then appears.

When I arrived at the hotel, my ticket had already been used by someone else. I questioned the hotel staff about how someone else had used my details to book my reservation. Although a room was eventually provided, the hotel needed to improve its system.

Check in and check out didn't take long.

Very disappointed and this hotel is very bad.

The AC is not cold, I want to sleep well but it is not deep, the bath towels also have many brown stains, the sheets are dirty, not worth it for the price of 300. Very regrettable, hopefully it can be a material for improvement in the future.

Room 215, the room and bathroom are quite clean, the side towels are torn, the AC is cold but noisy, the room is very noisy, uncomfortable when resting, the reception staff is not friendly when checking in and checking out, no smile, rude, service has been improved again.

Saya pesan 2 malam, malam pertama nginap di kamar 305 jaringan wifi tidak sampai di kamar, tanya petugas memang kamar itu tidak bisa, malam ke 2 pindah ke kamar 302 ternama sama.

Letaknya yang strategis. Berhadapan sudut dengan surga tempat belanja-nya emak-emak.
