The staff was very helpful and the pool was spotless. The staff were diligent and professional. I really enjoyed staying there. The room was quiet, with minimal disturbances. It's within walking distance to Grand Lucky and Azburi Sushi. I'd stay there again if I had another vacation.

The room was clean (cleaning everyday). Bathroom was also clean, toiletries always complete everyday, water from shower flows fast, toilet bowl clean. The food was great, always refill. Unfortunately the swimming pool was under maintenance when we were there.

Réceptionist refused my discount voucher for breakfast that I have claimed from official SBH website. I complained to ask the manager however manager was not on duty. Few hours later receptionist gave me discount voucher 25%. Although the TV shows the vouchers .

The downsides are the dusty room, the furniture and electronics are old and lacking in functionality. The room has a distinctive odor as if it has been unoccupied for a long time, but the hotel is willing to provide additional air freshener, and noise from outside the room can be heard. The towels are stained. The edges of the bathroom mat are starting to tear. The lobby is simple, untidy, and dark (whether that's the concept or not). The upsides are the staff service is good and they respond quickly to our requests. The location is also quite strategic, close to Kuta and Sanur.

The hotel location is ok, close to everywhere, the staff are friendly and quick to respond when asked for help, the room cleanliness is ok, only the duvet cover is a bit dirty, when sleeping it makes me itchy, then the AC blower suddenly exploded, burnt, we were offered a room change, but because that day we were about to check out so we didn't move rooms, it was a bit hot in the room from morning until noon when we checked out. Overall it's still ok

The hotel provided excellent and friendly service. I would like to point out a few shortcomings that need further attention: the furniture is very old, making it look less modern by today's standards, the shower faucet is not easy to operate when turning on the hot water, and the food menu is not very varied.
