The variety of food is limited so you cannot choose

The only good thing is the soft toothbrush. I won't stay here twice.

The AC directly hit my body, so I caught a cold.

Hotel Ibiz is indeed the best, the view is beautiful, near the main station, the recommendation.

Pleasant stay on the 1st night. View was amazing. I like this room 1244. 2nd night 3am like that room had no electricity so have to change room to 1103. That room not good at all. Air conditioner not working properly. 1st day had the breakfast buffet. Ok la nothing to shout. Overall, the stay was worth the money that I paid for.

The hotel is cozy, tidy and organized, it is best to stay in close proximity to the hotel. I'm 5star

We stayed for 4 night. they always clean our room after 2 pm.. the clean room service not satisfying.

I travelled alone to Kuala Lumpur, the hotel is close to Lrt station, but walking from the hotel to the station, I was feeling a little bit scared since I have to walk through a building which is empty. And when I stayed there, I got room and the corner, I feel uncomfortable about that. Overall the breakfast was good.

Stayed for 4 nights. I arrived there and they let me do early check-in. The hallway is smelly and hot, carpet also dirty, once I get in the room, the smells was really bad. Aircond was so so. Water pressure is slow. Food wasn't tasty. The location is okay for business trip I stayed in different Ibis styles hotel before and this is the worst I've ever been.

The staff is friendly the rooms are clean but only 1 lack of sandals, no toothbrush

I was kind of disappointed with the house keeping as they didn’t communicate well with the reception. I was late check-in staying for 5 days using two vouchers and they knocked my door while I was sleeping next morning. When I opened the door they said I was expected to check out today. I told them not possible and I was so annoyed as I was tired after a long trip. The worst part Receptionist called me explaining the same thing that I supposed to check out today. I explained that I am staying for 5 days. Housekeeping always made so much noise when they do the cleaning and banged the door which obviously I could hear it from my room. The last day of my stay was the same thing which I was barely able to sleep due to noises and It’s going to be first and last.

The room is very comfortable to rest, the design of the hotel is also good, the location is very close to the LRT station, easy to go everywhere and the location is quite strategic, close to KLCC, central market, jamee mosque, can be an option to stay when at times, the price is also enough economical, the officer is friendly.

Clean, access to a nice monorail station and no need for highway, plenty of food around the hotel

After cleaning it should be complete with toiletries and towels but not even given. Also, don't give me a complete answer. disappointed.

Overall is good. Just the room floor is not clean enough. The sofa has many stain. The bed is comfortable. It is good if hand towels are provided in the room. The breakfast is just so so.

Cleaness in the room are not maintain daily, shower gel is not refill, bed sheets and blankets is left over blood stained, breakfast area only provide syrup drinks and not fruit juice, hot food selection have never serve hot (food is so cold) as they never turn on the food heater. Chipped plates and cups are being served at breakfast area😱😱😱
