It was very impressive staying at this hotel, when there was a problem with the room, the hotel staff immediately acted quickly by replacing the room with a better one without any additional costs, it was very good, Colmar is recommended, good job by the hotel staff

Everything is perfect. Add the restaurant and cafe for lunch and dinner with variety food. The room is perfect. It is beyond the photo, excellent.

the receptionist are nice and professional. Room is spacious, clean, price is reasonable but less maintainance, the toilet flush spoil and the wooden door has sound when open and close. room is not sound proof.

Front desk service was great. But I did request non-smoking. When I finished breakfast and went back to my room, between the space from the lift to the room door, someone else was smoking there. And I saw someone who wore a uniform staff there. However, when I checked out, I did tell the duty manager about that.

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel ! The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Loved the amenities, especially the breakfast. Will definitely stay here again!

Finding Grab from Colmar is a bit difficult, so it is recommended to have private transportation. Hopefully there will be some improvements in the future for Colmar. It's a good place to take pictures, the food is also delicious there. But for the rides, it can be said to be ordinary. But there are some animals and swimming pools.

Outside activity is not much celebrated. But if you want to find piece. Walking inside the area for two days is enough with cheap frozen food that can reheat in 7eleven.

Hotel berada ditanah tinggi, suasana sejuk dan nyaman. Terasa betul2 berada ditengah2 kawasan perkampungan. Percutian yang singkat tapi sangat menarik. Tempat makan dan minum pun ada. Harga pun munasabah. Recommended ❤️

The hotel is quite old. The toilet shower was clogged. Overall, the place is boring and not well maintained. There is not much to do, there is only one restaurant to eat. By evening, water bottles are no longer available at 7-11. Pastries sold at a cafe don't look appetizing. To go for a day trip is fine, one-night stay is boring.
