Suitable for relaxing with family at high altitude

The location is strategic, but upon check-in, I entered a mistake. It was supposed to be 2 nights, but I entered 1 night.

Self check-in and check-out, the room is very small, without AC, causing a cold because it only uses a fan, no chair, the bathroom is small but clean. Towels are clean. Bed is clean.

Hotel staff are nice, friendly, polite, very helpful.

I requested a mountain view room, but they didn’t give it.

Nice place to stay and easy to get food around

I booked a large bedroom but they gave me a twin bedroom. I requested to change and they also helped me to change to a large bedroom, good service.

The only difference between the Standard Room and the Y5 Deluxe at First World Hotel is the amenities, such as Wi-Fi and toiletries (shampoo, toothpaste, etc.). The room sizes are identical—cramped and not cozy at all. It is suitable for casino-goers, but I wouldn't recommend it for a family trip

Checking in was a bit tricky; you need a Genting World card. There was a line of over 100 people in the lobby, and 85 on the second floor. Finally, when we went into the casino, there was a line of 50. The card was three years old and needed to be replaced. The line was long and time-consuming.

I had to queue for 2 hours to check in.. 😭

It’s the nearest hotel for Genting facilities, but be prepared for the hassle check-in process. Otherwise, good for stay.

Booked two rooms under the same name, one room was easily checked in via kiosk. The other had to wait at the front desk for 2 hours. Overall, it was good.

The staff can be said to be fast, but the queue is unbearable, I arrived at 2:00 PM, checked in at 3:00 PM, queued until I was called at 4:30 PM, this is according to my experience.

It's not safe. Some people like to vape in the hallway in front of their rooms. So, for some of us girls, passing through the hallway feels uncomfortable.
