Bintang Mulia, our family's favorite hotel every time we transit from out of town back to Banyuwangi. I've always booked a Regency room. On July 12th, we booked a suite, wanting to experience a different atmosphere and see what comfort was like. Overall, it was okay and comfortable in terms of room size and amenities. The only disappointing thing was that the toilet flush didn't refill itself after use, it had to be filled manually (video attached), and the water drainage seemed to be less than optimal. Perhaps this can be improved in the future.

Thank God, I got a room right in front of the pool.

The place is close to city access and comfortable, swimming pool facilities are good.

The location is strategic, the service is friendly, and the cleanliness is a little less than satisfactory, as mosquitoes have recently appeared in the hotel. The bathroom door doesn't close properly, which hopefully the hotel will understand. The breakfast menu is also a bit odd: Saturdays are very simple, while Sundays are full with fruit. This could be because Saturdays are less crowded.

Overall satisfied with the service, the location is quite strategic.

The hotel's strategic location is close to the city center. The rooms are comfortable and clean. I recommend staying again.

Staff is okay, just need to be informed not to hold on to guests' ID cards because that is not permitted by the Minister of Home Affairs.

For the food, perhaps it could be improved further in terms of taste and doneness.

The room was clean and spacious. Very comfortable. However, the bathroom door lock was broken, so it couldn't be locked from the inside. But it's okay, I'll still come back again 😍

Strategic location, very close to the city, affordable prices with pretty good quality.

The bed was uncomfortable, the toilet was not good, the breakfast was not tasty.

Near the sports hall and the road is wide and quiet so you can jog comfortably.

I have stayed here 5 times, from when I had my first child until now when I have three children, I still stay at Bintang Mulia Hotel.

The staff is friendly with the kids. The breakfast menu is extensive, from light to heavy... The mattress and pillows are very soft. The room is also spacious. I often stay in hotels in various cities. This time I found a really perfect hotel. I want to stay here again next time if I pass through Jember

1. The room smells of cockroaches. 2. The TV is unavailable. Burek is served all day. I called the staff twice, but the same thing happened. 3. The breakfast menu is only porridge, bread, fruit, kopiteh, and a main course with chicken and tofu. If you want eggs, you have to tell the staff, and they're limited to two eggs per room. I've stayed at many hotels, and this is the first time they've limited eggs for breakfast.

It was a pleasant stay here. The staff was quite helpful and friendly. Although there was a slight problem during check-in, but overall it was fine. The room was also cleaned every day and the breakfast food was quite varied, it was also delicious [I know people have different tastes, but at least it was actually edible]. So far, the facilities in the cheapest room type for me are quite complete, especially with the balcony, which makes the room feel alive. One day I will come back to stay here, because the first experience was that pleasant. Hopefully, it can continue to develop.

A very comfortable and clean hotel, the rooms are very spacious, and the food is delicious. The only downside is that the TV could be replaced with an Android TV so you can watch YouTube, etc. on it. Thank you, hopefully I can stay here again another time...🙏

Very impressed with the friendliness of the hotel staff from check-in to check-out, it can really be a destination to stay every time you go to Jember.
