The room was clean and spacious. Very comfortable. However, the bathroom door lock was broken, so it couldn't be locked from the inside. But it's okay, I'll still come back again 😍

Strategic location, very close to the city, affordable prices with pretty good quality.

The bed was uncomfortable, the toilet was not good, the breakfast was not tasty.

Near the sports hall and the road is wide and quiet so you can jog comfortably.

I have stayed here 5 times, from when I had my first child until now when I have three children, I still stay at Bintang Mulia Hotel.

The staff is friendly with the kids. The breakfast menu is extensive, from light to heavy... The mattress and pillows are very soft. The room is also spacious. I often stay in hotels in various cities. This time I found a really perfect hotel. I want to stay here again next time if I pass through Jember

1. The room smells of cockroaches. 2. The TV is unavailable. Burek is served all day. I called the staff twice, but the same thing happened. 3. The breakfast menu is only porridge, bread, fruit, kopiteh, and a main course with chicken and tofu. If you want eggs, you have to tell the staff, and they're limited to two eggs per room. I've stayed at many hotels, and this is the first time they've limited eggs for breakfast.

It was a pleasant stay here. The staff was quite helpful and friendly. Although there was a slight problem during check-in, but overall it was fine. The room was also cleaned every day and the breakfast food was quite varied, it was also delicious [I know people have different tastes, but at least it was actually edible]. So far, the facilities in the cheapest room type for me are quite complete, especially with the balcony, which makes the room feel alive. One day I will come back to stay here, because the first experience was that pleasant. Hopefully, it can continue to develop.

A very comfortable and clean hotel, the rooms are very spacious, and the food is delicious. The only downside is that the TV could be replaced with an Android TV so you can watch YouTube, etc. on it. Thank you, hopefully I can stay here again another time...🙏

I've stayed here twice. The staff is friendly, and I stayed in a suite with complete amenities. The price is commensurate with the quality. My husband, my children, and I enjoyed our stay. I'll definitely be back. Continued success, Bintang Mulia.

the bathroom smells of urine... cleanliness needs to be improved

The AC in the room was not cold at all, so I didn't feel comfortable during my stay because it was stuffy and hot. I've reported it to the receptionist, they want to fix it but it's still not cold.. the shower water is small, so it doesn't feel like taking a shower. The water pitcher is crusty and dirty. Sorry for that price the facilities are very lacking. Sorry, very disappointed.

Alhamdulillah... the room is clean, the view is nice to the swimming pool, but when I first entered the room, the smell was not so fresh... 😔

Good location, helpful staff, clean, good breakfast but limited menu.

The hotel staff is friendly, if there is a problem they will immediately come to help. Ordering food to the room is also fast. The food tastes really good even though the breakfast variety is not too much.
