For a decent room in its class, the downside is that it's in a congested area due to the hotel's location, and the parking area is not very spacious on the incline, overall OK.

A very pleasant stay! The room was clean, tidy, and smelled great. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning was cool. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was quiet even though it's in the city center. Highly recommended for a staycation or transit. The price is very affordable with adequate facilities. Will definitely be back again!!!

The toilet was really dirty :( there was no hot water, it was just lukewarm, even though I asked to move rooms, it turned out the hot water still didn't work properly, it was really a shame.

The room was not clean enough, the floor was still dirty, the bathroom smelled bad & the linen was really lacking, there were lots of spots.

The hotel staff is friendly, the atmosphere is quite calm and comfortable.
