So far everything is really good in various aspects for a 2-star hotel, a little suggestion is to repair/replace the hair dryer for the rooms that have broken equipment, it'll be perfect 👍🏻

The service is 5-star. For the Traveloka promo room (I forgot the room number), there are several things that need to be fixed, such as: 1. The toilet is broken (the water flush). 2. The water heater takes a long time to warm up. That's it, everything else is very satisfactory. Thank you.

It's just so-so, the bathroom is cute and the water heater is unstable. Breakfast is just so-so. If you're just stopping by and resting, it might be enough, but if you're bringing the family, you might want to reconsider. This hotel used to be highly recommended. The rooms are clean, privacy is guaranteed, and best of all: there is a coffee machine in the lobby.

The sheets were new but still had blood stains. The bedroom floor was cracked. The bathroom walls were unclean.

For a decent room in its class, the downside is that it's in a congested area due to the hotel's location, and the parking area is not very spacious on the incline, overall OK.

Everything is fine, but the water heater isn't hot, it stays cold.

A very pleasant stay! The room was clean, tidy, and smelled great. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning was cool. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was quiet even though it's in the city center. Highly recommended for a staycation or transit. The price is very affordable with adequate facilities. Will definitely be back again!!!

The toilet was really dirty :( there was no hot water, it was just lukewarm, even though I asked to move rooms, it turned out the hot water still didn't work properly, it was really a shame.

There's no hot water. They say it's broken, it's just been installed. We'll check it later. If it's not hot, we can move to the room. But we're back at the hotel, it's already 11 pm. What should we do? Do we want to move again? Move to the room? It's complicated. It's a lie, I used it last night to wash my face and the water wasn't hot. Not recommended.
