One of the best hotels in the Bisma Ubud area. Friendly service even though I was the only local person staying at that time, breakfast was quite OK, wifi was ok, the atmosphere was quite shady, and the price was reasonable for a Deluxe. The only drawback was the Front Pool area, such as being a bit dirty (pool floor) and affecting the water quality when swimming. Please pay more attention

Clean and comfortable rooms, nice garden views & pleasant swimming pool. Complete facilities, friendly staff. Only a little disturbance at the start, had to wait more than 1 hour to check-in, the reason was because it was still being cleaned. Must be able to organize schedules better. Overall this hotel is good.

The accommodation is spacious, neat, clean and comfy. The soap and shampoo dispensers are full, never experienced that before. The staffs are polite and friendly.

Checked in at 2 noon because it came too early so I chose to go and deposit my luggage at the reception. Upon returning to the hotel, 1 of my belongings was separated from my bag and the reception seemed to be off hand with the incident. The bathroom is slippery. So my child and my husband fell slip. The ac in the room was noisy and the noise was as hard as turbine or similar to a diesel engine so my baby could not sleep comfortably and I was disturbed. Staff was great warm, the building is new and have good design. they have two pool and one of them is excellent infinity pool. critics only about the cleanness and maintenance. if you can fix that will be perfect.
