For the hotel is quite good, we happened to stay only to sleep because there were activities outside the hotel so we came home late so we didn't enjoy the hotel atmosphere. Just maybe a suggestion if there is a room booking it would be better if the room is cleaned first so it is not dusty when guests enter, because our experience checking in after entering the stuffy and dusty room made us sneeze continuously and the AC was not cold so we were hot in the middle of the night, maybe that's what needs to be considered. Anyway, after the second day of staying until checkout it was safe because the room was cleaned and the AC had been repaired.

It’s always been a pleasurable experience to stay at Narita Hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful, the room and the common area are clean and tidy. The facilities are great, there’s a gym, a swimming pool, afternoon tea and wonderful entertainment such as traditional karawitan music or karaoke band. Highly recommended!
