On the first day, the blanket was stained, as if it hadn't been replaced by the previous occupant. I confirmed this with the hotel receptionist and it was immediately replaced. All the hotel staff were friendly.

The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. Just a suggestion, the cleanliness of the bed sheets should be more thorough, because I found some spots/stains on the sheets, not many, but hopefully it will be taken into account.

went here for business. nothing special. looks dull and dark. linen doesnt feel entirely clean, but not yet obsolete either. toilet and shower feels like the one in the public transportation and the drain is clogged. sometimes the water is warm and most time cold, even though i always set it to hot. also prepare your own toiletries because they only give u small amount of liquid soap in a plastic.

Before checking in, I read other guests' reviews. But it happened the same day I checked in. I'd just gone to bed at 1:08 AM, and the hotel's smoke detector was beeping loudly. When I asked the front desk the next morning, they said someone was taking a shower using hot water. Hmm, please fix this, hotel management. I've read about this incident in other guest reviews. The bathroom was also noisy because the portable bathroom was made of plastic, which makes noise when it comes into contact with water. Oh, and the bathroom exhaust fan was noisy when the light was turned on. The breakfast menu was a little undercooked, with the chicken and broccoli and watermelon being a bit sour. The staff were actually friendly, and the location is strategic. Please improve and enhance the facilities.
