Nice and big hotel just across the Pavilion Bukit Bintang. Very strategic location. Fast check-in and check-out. Overall, a very nice short stay at Pullman.

Stay at the two bedroom apart. Perfect for family of 4. Very, very spacious. Breakfast at 10th floor. Great for those fond of chicken and vegetarian food. Definitely will stay there again when coming back to KL.

Near to Bukit Bintang and KLCC (walking distance), not noisy at night, very comfortable ❤️

Why they asking again for fee they call tourism tax when i claim my deposits About 30 MYR because when i check in they not inform about tax tourism, just for deposit…i just regret they not inform in the beginning when check in for the tax and for additional breakfast 90Myr per person waw

The staff was very helpful. Especially the breakfast staff member, Isa. Very nice, friendly, and very helpful. Check-in service was also excellent. The room was clean and spacious.

Check in and check out is fast, there are lots of lifts too, no need to queue to go up and down to the room

We enjoyed our stay in Pullman. The location is great, so close to Pavillion and Bukit Bintang area. Walking distance to Suria KLCC. The room was spacious.

For those who want to go to Pavilion or Sky Bridge to Petronas or Suria KLCC Mall, staying here is really great... I really like it. You can also order a Grab directly in the lobby, making it easy to get around.

The apartment and hotel staff are very friendly. However, the apartment room facilities seem old. The bathroom door is broken and the drain is clogged.
