We stayed 6 days 5 nights in this hotel. At first I feel a bit hesitated to booked after read some reviews about the unprofessional receptionist, but try to ignore after read some other reviews about the spacious room & good location. Unfortunately I got a room with broken bath up tap. So I called the receptionist for room changing, unlucky Amir is the one who accepted my phone. He worked so slow, answer with unprofessional tone, with no solution until I have to go down & confronted him, Then I got my room changed with his sour face. Long story short, the next day I reported him to his superior, Ms. Nana, After she listened to the story, She apologized and asked Amir to apologized of his unprofessional behaviour. She then try to offered some complimentary additional services which I appreciated but in the end I just have to turn down the good gesture, since it will not give Amir a good lessons. Despite that unprofessional staff problem, the hotel is still in good condition, the cleaning lady cleans very well. The hotel has a quite spacious room also the location is good. Anyway, Thank you to Ms. Jocelyn and especially to Ms. Nana who sincerely try to solved the problem & make my staying there pleasant.
