4 stars hotel with the feels of 3 stars.
We had a quad bed with decent price. However, many parts of the hotel room are broken (i.e., bathroom door, blocked shower drainage, toilet flush button).
No ELEVATOR, so it is not really inclusive with people with disability. The porter had to endure an ordeal where he had to carry 8 of my big suitcases to level 3. It was very unfair for the staff and visitors.
Some of the staff are very good (thanks mbak Yuli, you have a lot of potentials). But most of them really need some proper training. Many times we asked to different staff about small things (i.e., spoon, fork or a cup of water for my daughter) and they would refer us to go to the restaurant instead of bringing us the stuff themselves. Mate, c'mon, we are your guest, we paid for your service, remember? Biggest dissapointment is that the breakfast venue do not even have AC.
So many unexpected things from a hotel that claims they are 4 stars.
