Friendly hotel staff, delicious food.

warm staff...but for the hotel room corridor and hotel room...the room is very stuffy, dusty, the hotel carpet is very dusty...until I moved rooms twice. The extra bed is also ouch...I kept sneezing in the room. It's different from last year 2023. The room was clean, the carpet was clean, the room smelled good, breathing was also easy. but this time...it was really uncomfortable. It was really stuffy for a sensitive nose like me.

The room was dusty and I had told the staff to bring a vehicle but it was not taken care of. At the end of the morning when I went out, they asked me to pay for parking.

Overall it's ok.. it's just that the location to the hotel is very winding.. there is no lobby that can be directly reached.. you have to enter the mall first.. if you bring a car you have to park first in P5 then take the elevator to the 10th floor, then you will find the lobby.. the parking is mixed with mall visitors.. if you are lucky you can get parking near the elevator to the hotel.. if you are not lucky.. you have to walk a long way to the elevator to the hotel, for service, cleanliness & food must be improved again

Overall the experience was great, however there is a long queue for checkin the meal was so-so, nothing special about the meal

We have a group of 12 people staying there. All felt very favorable about the hotel, especially with its accessibility to the Emporium Mall next door.

Comfortable hotel, strategic location. Just please speed up the check-in process. I brought a 77-year-old parent and a 4.9-year-old child who waited in the lobby for a long time to get a room. Previously I was served and informed that the room was being prepared, if there was a room ready, either connecting or not, I would be informed. The time needed was around 30 minutes. I waited more than that and I noticed that after I checked in, the guests immediately got a room. I asked my husband to confirm, he was informed that the room was not ready. I waited again and noticed that many guests checked in and immediately got a room. There was no officer who took the initiative to call me in the lobby for any information. Until I approached the receptionist again and I was angry, I only got service, then I got a room. For other things, this hotel is very good, the rooms and cleanliness are also comfortable. Please pay attention to check in only.

The room is quite old, the carpet in the corridor smells musty, the toilet and shower are dirty, and the worst is the service, when checking in, they asked for a wake up call but there was none, they promised breakfast would be taken away but when checking out, the receptionist did not provide the promised breakfast. Very disappointed.

I was greeted with a wonderful smile from Evelyn when I arrived at the reception. I like the hotel location, comfort, and service. I'll definitely stay there for my next visit to Jakarta.

Very convenient place for stay, shopping, and food hunt.

The towels are lacking hand towels, only bath towels. If you want to wipe it when it's wet, there's no sink.

This hotel is located in a strategic location. Once you stay here, everything is provided. Shopping centers and eateries are only a few steps from your door. Public transportation is also reachable. I have no doubts of coming back to this hotel.

food is not varied enough (stayed for 2 days), there are some items that must be requested first such as butter for bread and parking is a bit difficult because it is combined with the mall parking lot. Hotel service is okay, friendly service
