For food and beverage discounts, these are applied per individual bill, not as a total at check-out, and this is standard practice in our restaurant system. Since our restaurant is not self service fast food restaurant, The tax and service charge is a government and service regulation applied to all hotel restaurants in Bali and is clearly stated.
