To be honest, I feel a bit disappointed.
The first time I complained about a perverted neighbor—someone in the room next to mine who was clearly watching me—the hotel receptionist didn’t seem to take it seriously or make much effort to move my room. I felt really uncomfortable spending the night knowing there was a man right next door keeping an eye on me, every time I stepped out.
Room 5**0 smelled moldy the moment I entered. There were no towels, no hairdryer, and I saw baby cockroaches near the shoe rack. The door didn’t even have a double lock, which made it feel unsafe and not very human.
The TV? I couldn’t even use it properly—only limited local channels were available. No access to Netflix or YouTube.
After that, I upgraded to the Deluxe with Balcony. It felt a bit better, but I realized the curtain only had one layer—unlike other rooms that had proper double curtains for privacy and light blocking.
And it was so loud every night. I could hear everything—kids crying or yelling, someone knocking on doors at 2 AM… all of it echoed into my room.
The bed was a Hollywood twin setup (two single beds pushed together), and they couldn’t even provide a single blanket—just two separate ones.
The sanitary kit? Only a dental kit was provided. That’s it.
Honestly, this was supposed to be a 4-star hotel, but it felt more like 2 stars.
