Good hotel, good ambiance, feel so comfortable

The hotel is close to Kuta Beach and is quiet. Unfortunately, we got a corner room, which was blocked by a balcony wall and canopy, even though we requested a room with a middle balcony for a clear view of the pool. The breakfast menu needs to be improved.

The entrance is down a small alleyway that can accommodate one car. It's about a 12-minute walk to the beachwalk. Comfortable rooms with pool views and good soundproofing. There's also live music on Saturday afternoons. Value for money. The bath water is salty and a bit slippery on the skin.

It's fun, Kuta beach is a bit through the alleys first. It's not a small alley, just take it. For the bathroom, be careful with the soap and shampoo dispenser, it's slippery...it's easy to fall and break, so pay for it. It's better to put it on the floor, haha

Always comfortable staying at Hotel Bene 😍

I've stayed at the Bene Hotel three times, and the service and facilities are always excellent. 🩵 The location is also very close to the beach and restaurants. Keep up the good hospitality, Bene. See you next year.

It's located in an alley so it's a bit complicated.

I really like this hotel because it is near Kuta beach, complete amenities, with a balcony, and a nice pool. But it is hard to reach by car due to the one-way narrow street and the water drain plug in the shower area.

It was very interesting to spend the night here, this is my 5th stay experience.

The hotel staff is friendly and patient, they were there at the time of check in. The room is comfortable, the bathroom is clean, there is live music but it is not noisy from the room, the AC is cold. I want to come back again when I go to Bali.

everything was nice staying at this hotel, but only the road access to the hotel is narrow for cars.. The room is ok, the swimming pool is also ok, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is quite good..

Please improve the performance of the reception staff when checking in.

Neg: Wifi can't connect, AC is very noisy, even though it's set to Fan Low. Food is a bit bland, bath water is salty. Pos: Near Kuta beach, nice swimming pool.
