This was the first staycation at Mulia Hotel in Jakarta, and we had a wonderful experience during New Year’s Eve. The hotel management had shown very good preparation during check-in time, throughout our stay until check-out time went smoothly. All staff are very helpful and cheerful. The rooms were clean. Look forward to stay again

Who doesn't know Hotel Mulia? This luxury hotel is located in Senayan, directly across from GBK. When it comes to service, there's no question. This hotel is unrivaled. However, the parking is a bit of a shame, as it's an older building, which is quite difficult to access. Other than that, this hotel truly shines.

I’ve been here several times but only this time I got an Executive Room so I have the privilege to check in, out and have overall access into the executive lounge that has perks like afternoon tea, and night cocktails or similar. Definitely a plus so you don’t have to get out to snacking and also very fast check in and out. The room itself was always spacious and very comfortable also you feel the luxurious vibe of it, although the tv was not smart tv yet. I always enjoyed the bath tub they have and this time, the very beautiful sight of city view since the high floor. The overall food and the breakfast itself was great with lots of variations and tasted mostly great. The staff also very helpful. And every Christmas time, every year, their Christmas Tree is changing themes but always look magnificent

in overall was a pleasent stay the hotel was not fullypack. breakfast was excelent.

I really enjoyed my staycation here. If asked if I'd come back again, I'd definitely do so soon, God willing.

All Good...Top Mantab Is The Best...just a little input, if the TV could be replaced with a smart TV, it would definitely be more stable

It was a very crowded 5 stars hotel during that time. We have to wait for the elevator and everything there was a crowded space.. maybe because of the concert and weekend

The location is very close to GBK. We stayed here to watch a concert at GBK. The food was delicious, the room was spacious and clean, and the service was excellent.

The food taste is definitely downgrade from last time i stayed 3 years ago. Table 8 also have ridiculous waiting time, i was down to restaurant at 7:30 PM and they said i have to wait til 8 PM to get table as they need to “reset” the table .. honestly for 5 stars hotel in prime location 30 minutes to reset a table is not acceptable! The staff also not so friendly, i reckon lot of senior staff there probably already worked for very long time, they should be the expert of hospitality, but apparently not. Definitely not coming back here, price doesn’t deliver the quality

We stayed for one night because we wanted easy access to Istora as we participated in the Jakarta Running Festival. For dinner, we ordered Sop Buntut and it tasted so great, we finished to the last sip. We love the comfort of the bed, and the linens look new. We wish to have another staycation soon.

One of the best hotel to stay in Jakarta area. Old hotel, but still kept up with the best of service and comforts. I think the good quality of the bed was one of the highlight to be noticed, very comforting. I go around hotels for my works, so the quality of the bed really tells how they service their customer. Job well done. Downside only the availability of tennis courts. I came there specifically to use their facility including tennis courts, but unavailable. But overall, still one of the best place to relax and enjoy your time off on the weekend with family..

Check-in was very fast, no fuss, staff were very friendly, breakfast was delicious, fitness area was spacious and complete.
