A hotel with extraordinary facilities for sports, from tennis, gym, swimming pool, awesome.. Child-friendly too and very comfortable.. The luxurious vibes are as always..

The gym facilities are good, the elevator is fast, the swimming pool is large, unfortunately the service is a bit slow, some staff are friendly, some are not, the bell boys are all nice.

I booked this hotel due to its proximity to Indonesia Arena for a concert and it really was super close and walkable! Arrived later at night and the staff were all super friendly and hospitable throughout my stay and were all very lovely. The check-in and checkout process was super smooth, I really have no complaints. The room itself is really great. The beds were comfortable, I almost didn't want to leave. Breakfast spread is varied and delicious as well. Very lovely and nice place to stay. 10/10

The hotel is luxurious, strategically located in the city center, comfortable.

The room lights are a bit dim, the minibar is not cold at all, only a coolbox like a budget hotel or 1 star, even though it is a 5 star hotel, nowadays even 3 star hotels generally use mini fridges, for me who likes cold drinks, I am not comfortable with the room facilities because I cannot put drinks to cool, I am not allowed to use Airwheel around the hotel, Overall Ok

The room should have sound insulation, I can hear the voice of the room beside me, and what is crazy is they make love in the midnight till morning!
