However, we would like to point out that our hotel layout is similar to many other hotels in Bali, including in the Kuta area, where there is a road between the rooms and the beach. However, we do have a great *beach club* where you can relax and enjoy the beach atmosphere. 🏖 Yes, the beach in front of the hotel is busy with water sports activities, which are very popular in this area, but we hope that our facilities can provide a pleasant experience nonetheless. This is certainly not the level of service we would like to have, and we will review with our housekeeping department what happened in your room, as we usually receive a lot of positive feedback regarding cleanliness. We appreciate that you brought to our attention the broken coffee machine; it was not dispensing enough water and needed to be serviced. Regarding breakfast, this is a very high occupancy period, so we encourage guests to consider the traffic flow signs that we have displayed in several areas of the hotel, so that guests know when the quieter times are and can enjoy breakfast more leisurely. Regarding the food variety, please let us know what items you would like to see… as we have a very large selection of Indonesian and Western dishes, and we are constantly adding more items based on constructive feedback from our guests. We understand how important all of these aspects are to our guests, and we will work hard to improve these areas. Please know that we value your feedback and hope that you will give us another chance to show you the true quality of our service. Thanks for your review. The beach club changing rooms are rarely used because our guests usually prefer to change in their own rooms...but we will certainly look if any improvement is required. We thank you for your positive feedback about our suites with kitchenette, spacious and super clean.

Regarding the barrier under the shower that fell and the AC that could not be adjusted as needed, we apologize for this incident. Dear Fernando, we are happy to hear that your children had such a good time. As a matter of fact, we are a resort very children-friendly, not only because of our spacious rooms and facilities like the Kids Club...but also because of the friendliness of our staff. In particular Ari, leader of the Kids Club has regularly amazing reviews. Same like Evan from our Front Office team who provides the best welcomes. Our beach is more suitable for watersports, but for that reason we have the privilege of a secondary swimmable beach at Samuh serviced by our scheduled free shuttle. Indeed we are one of the few hotels with a in-room proper sound system that can be directly connected into a audio jack or you can use one of the connectors available in our lobby for newer devices without jack.
