When we first arrived, as soon as we exited the elevator, there were tons of cement footprints scattered along the corridor, coming from several rooms that were probably being renovated. And this incident persisted until the next day, the corridor floor was not cleaned, even though we were escorted to our room by the receptionist, and of course she also saw this. Are they really just indifferent fellow hotel staff, not coordinating with other departments if there is something wrong or sees something very dirty to immediately clean it for the comfort of the guests?
I occupied room 111, and room 112 was one of the rooms that was being renovated, so every time we left the room, we would pass in front of room 112, which was in front of the room and along the corridor was very dirty with cement footprints. It's a bit funny, even though this is a five-star hotel.
I didn't have time to take a photo of this incident because we were trying to understand and didn't want to write a review just because of it.
But the next surprising incident that ultimately led me to write a review was: the next day, while relaxing on the sofa, my hand felt itchy, and to my surprise, there was a lot of rat droppings scattered all over the sofa... Oh my gosh, a five-star hotel could still experience something like this.
I'M SAD...
