I booked a new superior room, but after the bill and check-in sheet were sent, only the superior room appeared, so when I checked in I was given the old room. The bathroom was not clean, there were lots of cobwebs. On the third day, the water didn't run from 6:30 AM until I checked out at 11 AM. Even if there were repairs, they should have been done quickly or if not, there should have been an immediate solution. This, I had to complain three times before it was followed up, only to be given a bucket of water by the staff.

The ambiance and views are great, and the food is delicious and varied. However, the rooms, especially the bathrooms, are uncomfortable and look dirty. I recommend renovating the bathrooms, as this is a 4-star hotel, to ensure guest comfort.

With views of the beach and the 99-domed mosque, the rooftop is a great photo spot. There's a swimming pool and a varied and delicious breakfast.

While the service is still good, the room smells really musty, and sleeping on the bed feels like you're sinking. Please clean the bathroom again to remove rust and mold stains.

The hotel is old and looks a bit scary but the rooms are spacious and clean, large towels, complete amenities, the AC and TV are the latest, only maybe the bathroom needs to be repaired, the wardrobe also needs to be updated, the breakfast is quite complete and delicious, the staff are all very friendly and helpful, thank you

1. The toilet was clogged, 2. The shower leaked and there were caterpillars coming out of it, 3. The mattress made me itchy, even though I never had a history of allergies, 4. The TV remote had no batteries, 5. There was no telephone, so I asked the receptionist for this and that. Seriously, if there was only one minus, it would be fine. There was more than one. I couldn't sleep because it was so uncomfortable.
