I was initially looking for a hotel just for a layover, but ended up choosing one near Losari Beach. The room matched the specifications/description in the app. The service was friendly, and I was satisfied with the hotel amenities. The room had a view of Losari Beach and the 99-Dome Mosque. I could also explore the surrounding area for culinary delights. BEST! 👍

Initially, I was assigned a room that didn't match my reservation on the app. I felt cheated because the room price I paid was different from the room I was given, or even more expensive. After I complained, I was finally assigned the room I had requested on the app.

Lack of security. In the middle of the night, someone knocked and it turned out to be the wrong room. I left the room without it being cleaned, which ended up taking up our rest time while we waited for the room to be cleaned.

The hotel is very convenient next to the shopping mall. Food stalls and other stuff are available right across the hotel. It's about 15-30 mins drive to the airport. Traffic jam may occur during peak hours.

Pro: View was amazing, spacious room, plenty of shops nearby, breakfast was authentic local. Cons: Poor check-in experience—only able to check in beyond 2. Facilities were very basic—no iron & hairdryer in suite room??? I can understand if in standard rooms but it's totally unacceptable in high-end rooms—please improve. On the second day, the keycard was not working—called the operator & they promised to send someone upstairs. We waited for 15 minutes outside the room—no one turned up. We need to go downstairs.

Satisfied with the spacious room, which directly overlooks the ocean at Losari Beach. My kids were delighted with the room, allowing them to play freely, but unfortunately, we didn't arrive until the next morning and didn't have time to enjoy breakfast because we had to leave for another city at 1 a.m. Thank you Almadera, even though it was only for a few hours, the service was excellent. If I have the chance to go to Makassar again, I'd love to stay at Almadera again.🤩
