It needs improvement in every aspect, including the bed linens and furnishings. I've found cockroaches in the bedroom and bathroom several times, likely from the floor drain. The location is strategic, and this could be a valuable opportunity for growth.

I'm fed up with staying here, I asked for a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room because they said it was full even though I brought my child, the facilities in the room are not suitable for a 3-star hotel, even when I asked for it to be cleaned it still smelled badly of cigarettes, the bathroom lights were dark, I won't be coming here again

I asked for a musty blanket to be replaced, but they said yes but didn't change it, the AC wasn't cold enough, the towels smelled musty, and the sheets were dirty and itchy.

I have stayed at Amaris Grogol twice. The service from security to receptionists to waiters at the restaurant is super friendly, great. The room is comfortable, the AC is okay, maybe they should put some aromatherapy in the room/hallway so it would be more comfortable, it's a bit hot at the restaurant hehehe. Overall it's okay, recommended for me who stays with a baby. Next time I will stay at Amaris again 😊

When checking in, I asked for 2 keys for 1 room because I brought an 11-year-old child. It was not released on the grounds that the room was full. In my opinion, there is no logical connection, it doesn't make sense.

Really disappointed with the hotel's actions. The slippery floor had water when we were going to have breakfast, causing my mother to slip and break her wrist. The hotel staff did not help at all, just looked at her. There should have been a sign that the floor was still wet. Now my mother is hospitalized. Really disappointing.
