This is a request from my son who graduated on April 2, 2026. He wanted a really good view for his photo collection at this important moment, so even though the distance between Unram and Svarga is quite quite, but with satisfying photo results like this, it feels really worth it, because the view of the Svarga resort is good, the distance obstacle is not a burden for us.

We had a room upgrade from this booking, and we hoped it would be more comfortable, but the room we chose was full of insects, and the air conditioning wasn't cooling. We've informed the front desk, but no action has been taken. The food was lacking in variety and a bit bland.

The staff is really friendly, but for overall hotel ambiance and facilities, it could be better. In my case, I’ve got a room with low water debit and often off. Got a malfunction phone so I should text the staff whenever I need them (but still…the staff is really friendly and helpful, they should give appreciation).

hotel with nice view don't skip breakfast and pool dip in their rooftop. Strategic location in sengigi not too crowded touristy spot and staffs are polite, nice and friendly to kids. for improvement, hotel need to consistently and mindfully check private pool cleanliness as I encounter dead lizard in the bottom of the private pool on the 1st day of my stay and not being cleaned till the 3rd day.

The hotel has too many stairs, so even if you get a room number 5 or 6, the climb to the room is quite a hassle, especially if you're carrying your own bags. The room I got was an old AC unit that didn't swing, and the TV remote had dead batteries that hadn't been replaced. The hand shower leaked and couldn't be used. Oh yeah, the shower head was turned off to choose between the shower head and the hand shower, so if I turned it on, all the water came out. Room 513. In my opinion, the only good thing was that the staff were all friendly. Don't expect a wide variety of breakfast options. And it wasn't ready until 7 a.m. The odd thing was, ordering an extra bed was very difficult. The day before check-in, we ordered it and they said it was full. At check-in, they said it was full. But when we pushed for an extra bed because we had certain conditions, they only said it was available. Oh yeah, the elevator was hot, and there was no air conditioning. It seems this hotel needs a lot of improvement going forward.

the place is really nice, unfortunately the floor of the room is a bit dirty, the food is not varied enough, it's not a buffet, and when I ordered fried rice, it didn't taste good🙏 but overall the place is really nice!!!!

Room 401. The TV sound was intermittent. The shower head was covered in moss. The shower head sometimes worked, sometimes not. The bed frame was noisy and uncomfortable to sleep on. Lots of stains. There were flies in the dining area. Hopefully, the next room will be better.

The toilet seat is leaking, I asked for it to be sealed, but it wasn't sealed.

It's comfortable, cool, and has a nice bathtub with warm water. The TV also supports YouTube and is great for kids to spend quality time without fuss. It's a shame the view doesn't have a balcony, as I didn't book the one with a private pool and balcony.

The staff were very friendly, the bedroom was so good and clean. The swimming pool was so clear, and the air was so fresh.
