Very interesting hotel. Children love it 😊 The best vacation for families. Breakfast is good and good. Only if you want to eat outside the hotel is a little off.

Friendly staff, breakfast is easy to refill, so room away from the elevator, ok for family vacation.

The second time our family had a vacation, the first time a lot of flies came in the hotel room, the second time it was ok, just for breakfast was not satisfactory, overall ok, the kids enjoyed the pool.

The water park is good. The sad thing is we've got flies everywhere in our room. Its their season maybe. So it's quite annoying. But the flies are gone in midnight. So we sleep well till the sun shows itself and the flies were here again.

The hotel is adjacent to the beach, there is a theme park, suitable for families.

Not very pleased with the room service. I ordered a Nasi Goreng Kampung and they served in a multipurpose container. For me it's not a 4star hotel standard. Compare to last year I've stayed there and ordered the same, they served in a plate and the presentation is much better.

The hotel is complete with amenities. It is best to take a child. There are indoor and outdoor activities, private beaches, and the best mini water theme parks. Friendly staff.

The surrounding was good. Best place for relaxing and enjoy the pool with your kid.

Advertised activity for movie under the stars on saturday night but we came to nothing. Asked the staff in reception counter but seems not sure, poor knowledgeable staff. Room is ok with the nice view but the beach can't swim and dirty. Strictly control guests entering swimming pool without swimming suit which I think not necessarily, people pay. It's convenient if guests check in only to stay in the room and not doing other activities that they had advertised. Thank you.

Perfect for short gateway despite it’s quite far from the city yet very near to the beach. It’s like a totally different world there, with the great pool & all the facilities. Will definitely come back again.
