There was no water pressure at all, very hard to take a shower. Hot water was available only when I checked out at 6 AM, and it took more than 5 minutes with running water to become warm.

I booked the Deluxe room thinking to get a slightly better room. The room is big, but moldy, aged, and dim. The bathroom had been repaired and yet definitely needs a total upgrade. This deluxe room was like a bungalow with 2 storeys with the traditional wooden + concrete kind. Across was a 3 storeys concrete building with rooms. Newer looks and seems to be a brighter room. I guess part of the good review could be for these rooms from this newer building. Stay away from the deluxe bungalow if you don’t prefer moldy and aged rooms. Aside from the room, others were all ok. Staff are friendly, and the place is clean.

The hotel staff seemed to differentiate between customers, and when the room lights went out, the hotel staff entered the room wearing shoes, even though I was late for check in and I had confirmed beforehand, but instead I got a room with the lights out and when it was fixed, the hotel staff entered wearing their shoes.

The best room is 304, yesterday we didn't get a single bed room even though it was requested and according to the booking, but there was a group so we got a twin room in a tight spot but there was still a gap because there was a light in the middle, it's okay because it was explained in detail by the receptionist, just a little disappointed hehe and there is no elevator here, so you have to go up to the 2nd & 3rd floor, but the atmosphere is nice, if it's for the first floor it seems like all bungalows. The atmosphere and food are very nice, you can also play directly on the beach.

Spacious room, good bathroom, clean condition, intermittent Wi-Fi. Especially if you get a corner room, Wi-Fi is difficult to connect. Connected to the beach, perfect for sunsets or morning walks.

A bathroom without an exhaust fan and windows means circulation is not good.

Nice hotel, but the bathroom is hard to close, the lock uses a hook that doesn't fit, so it's very hard to close

Overall good only the Internet Network does not reach the Room. if we want to send emails or other documents we have to go out of the room or in an open place it would be better if the internet could be connected to the rooms

Overall it's okay, just want to ask, is the hotel really self-service? I mean there are no staffs to help us while we're there, there are some staffs who are not very friendly either.

The hotel staff is friendly and ready to help with all our needs, the place is cool and the facilities are complete, it is recommended because it is also low budget.

Very disappointed. I have booked a room on the 1st floor. Instead I was given a room on the 3rd floor. Why didn't you confirm it to me, so I could move to another hotel. I was informed when I checked in. It should have been confirmed since I booked. Because I booked it far in advance. More than a week before. Just entered the toilet, the water in the bathroom smelled really bad. There was often no water in the toilet. When taking a shower, the soap and shower water suddenly didn't come out. Called the receptionist back and forth, they said the tower machine was refilling. Disappointed with this stay

Hotel was near the beach. Meal at the hotel was good and at an affordable price. Walking distance to the rental bike shop.
