It was great to have such a nice place to stay with such a good view! Truly unexpected. Small things to help for next guests would be an ashtray for outside and paper towels and frying pan in the kitchen. The check in /out process was great. Maybe adjusting the listing on Expedia too so guests don’t think it’s another location becuase that was a little confusing. Otherwise we had a nice stay and great time in Zagreb! Thank you for everything!

Great location.

Booked 2 nights. Didn’t even enter my room. Couldn’t find the room. Lift wasn’t working and it seems that’s the only way to get to the room. I asked for a full refund and was immediately denied

We had a one nite stop in Zagreb and the apartment was centrally located. The team were super helpful via WhatsApp. Location great to explore the streets and restaurants. Quite touristic location.

Basic room but very very clean and modern.Good location. Hassle having to remember the 2 codes needed to enter hotel then room. Missed not having a front desk for the just in case emergency.

Two main issues... First, the room did not looknlikevthenpictutes. In other hotel ads two twins we’re together to make a double. In the Apartment there were two twins on opposite sides of the room. This was the first time my husband and I have slept apart in 30 years:/. Second, The door keypad was very finicky and tough to get in until we got the hang of it. Then in the morning husband had left the Apartment and when he started to come back in, mid keypad entering, I opened the door from the inside and the alarm went off and wouldn’t stop so I emailed the management company but didn’t hear back. Eventually we pressed enough buttons that it quit alarming g. (45 minutes of alarm later). In the meantime someone down the hall had the same thing happen. Basically, with no on-site management it was much more complicated.

Amazing place! You can not beat the views from this huge balcony! Apartment clean! Comfortable bed. And a washing machine, which we didn’t use, but not easy to find a rental with one. Thank Easy check in & out. Emails answered immediately…great and friendly communication. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it! This was our second visit here and we will return again!

Conveniently located

The view from this apartment is beautiful! I love the sewing the church towers and hearing the church bells. The location is perfect. Plan to walk with your suitcases a bit to get there. There isn't much bathroom privacy FYI. Other than that the place is great.

Matea made me feel very welcome and right at home. She was very helpful with everything from A through Z. She is very cheerful and kind to all guests. 5 stars! I will be back again the next time I visit Zagreb.

Check in and parking instructions are very clear. There is an elevator to get to the apartment. It's quite big overall however our bathroom needed serious renovations not like the ones seen in the pics. Our Shower was pretty small too but bedroom area was pretty spacious. Location is amazing!

Difficult to open the key box, stiff and difficult to hold down the black bits next to the keybox dial. There was no written instruction that my room is in the different building. The actual address of the room was never given beforehand, I didn't know it until I contacted the customer service to get help for opening the keybox for check-in. Took more than one hour to figure out.

Air is a bit dusty and dry. But location and ease of check in is great! Note there is no luggage storage for late checkout.

Communication with the operator was spot on, they kept in touch through out the booking/stay. Instructions sent were clear and the apartment was perfect, central location but very quiet. Would look at booking again.

We stayed in a first floor apartment at Dordiceva st, and the online pictures really do no justice to this really beautiful and very spacious apartment with high ceilings and loads of character in a very beautiful well maintained building with a true old world charm. The location was extremely good and very central from where you can walk easily to most sights in Zagreb which is such a beautiful city I’ve been all over the world and never expected Zagreb to be so beautiful and so extremely safe. Normally i am apprehensive about booking apartments but I took a chance this time and it was very easy to locate, very easy to enter and exit, the company Irundo is amazing in my opinion they send proper precise instructions before you arrive and its easy to check in and check out through secure codes. There were not many issues with the apartment itself except for a slow internet the last two days, which Irundo were more than willing to fix and for every other query they are just an email away and responded very promptly. Overall I am very pleased with the apartment and the service provided and would highly recommend this place.

Not much recommended. Location is different for each department. Cleanliness is not very good. Lady at check out was VERY rude.

The location is excellent, relative to the downtown core and all the restaurants. The building itself seems a bit run down and is worrisome before you actually get into the apartment itself. Once I opened the door, I was pleasantly surprised. The place is clean, all the furniture is new and there are restaurant/bar/grocery recommendations just outside the door waiting for you. Good service overall.
