I enjoyed my stay at Namaa

Convenient transportation and close to the beach

No WiFi, they charge x5 times the amount for a cab ride from the hotel to the airport which is 10 mins only, the manager was soooo rude!! They made me pay upfront for the rides to and from the hotel and airport and then didn’t have change to give so they kept my money. When i asked for the change they said i had to wait for the manager to come in at 10am. I asked for it back and they were giving me the converted amount that equaled less than the USD. The manager was then super rude bc i asked him to give me the proper change and said he wasn’t an exchange house. I will NEVER book with this hotel and neither should anyone else.

To Expedia Customer Support Dear Expedia Customer Support, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the hotel I recently booked through your platform and to request a full refund due to the unacceptable condition of the accommodation. Upon checking in, I was shocked by the state of the room. It had no window for ventilation which was not disclosed at the time of booking, and the room was infested with mosquitoes and flies. The overall condition was far below what could reasonably be expected for the price paid and did not meet basic standards of comfort, hygiene, or safety. The situation was so unsuitable that I immediately booked another hotel and checked out shortly after arriving. I did not stay in the room because it was simply uninhabitable. Given these circumstances, I am requesting a **full refund** for this booking. I believe this is a fair and reasonable request considering the misrepresentation of the room and the extremely poor conditions. Walking distance from main attractions. I did not have breakfast so no comment there. Rooms basic but clean and staff friendly.

Great hotel for its price. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. WiFi was almost non-existent, which is okay but would be great to improve it.

Room and building dated and needs renovating. Bathroom had water draining issues. On the flip side the rooms are spacious. A family room offers a dining area, dressing table, fridge, kettle and hair dryer. Soap and shampoo is available in bathroom. Staff are helpful. Access to private beach,Kalimera beach which is very nice and clean.

It’s very bad hotel, bad service bedrooms and the front not friendly. I don’t recommend it for this the hotel.

The rooms are very old the bathroom is very old and dirty limited lighting room and the music is very loud over all very bad and experience

This is a perfect budget Hotel for male or female solo travellers. The staff are very friendly, and if you need help, just ask. The pool is clean and being dedigned as a dive training pool, it has a reasonable depth and is a perfect size. Location. Ideal for all the local ameneties, from shopping to food and drink. The greatest saving is not having to use taxis. The Kalimira beach us free, great for sun bathing and a dip. But for snorkelling not so good. However, you can ask to pay and use most of the other beaches along the boardwalk. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and the Hotel provides entertainment in the evenings.

Great location 5 min walk to the beach all shops and restaurants close by also supermarket to pick up stuff for your room staff friendly and was made to feel welcome rooms cleaned daily fresh towels daily reception staff there to help and ask questions overall just a nice little hotel will be returning this year

I liked everything but I asked a guy who showed me the room to return at the end of my stay to help me with my bags. He promissed but never showed up.

Was amazing. Great location in the heart of Naama center, family atmosphere, clean, accommodating, safe, friendly.

Amazing convinient place to stay with an amazing house keeper by the name of Mahmoud who was very nice and always cleaned and provided us a very nice hotel room after every night. Amazing brother and very kind.
