I give 4.5 stars. 5 stars for clean room, helpful staff, good location. 1 star for "environmentally friendly". They change sheets and towels and soaps every single day.

The hotel is nice and in good condition. Everything worked fine in my room. The staff was respectful and friendly. We did not try the restaurant. The location is good: walking distance to restaurants, Reforma Avenue, and some touristic places. The parking lot is small and the parking spaces are narrow but you may not need a car as there are several options of public transportation.

Elevator was broken and had to carry bag 5 flights of stairs. No offer of help was given! Bad service

Muy ruidoso por parte del staff de limpieza en los pisos, se escuchaba cualquier pisada no se diga las platicas que tenian las chicas de limpieza

El personal de recepción, ama de llaves y el restaurante fueron todos muy amables y serviciales. El hotel y la habitación estaban limpias y cuidadas.
