Everything great for a short stay. Specially when you have fligh in midnight, you have shuttle available at no charge.

We love staying at Hotel Mango when we are flying in or out of San Jose! It’s conveniently just across the road from the Aeropuerto! It’s always clean and the staff is friendly, helpful, and welcoming! The shuttle is a great plus! This morning my husband had to leave for the airport at 4:00 am, and I didn’t have to take him…getting to stay in bed a couple hours more. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained…featuring a sparkling clean pool! And the FREE breakfast not only saves money…but allows us to go straight outside to our table…not having to get dressed, get in the car, and drive looking for somewhere to eat! I highly recommend Hotel Mango! 😃

Amazing cost benefit. Charming hotel, well maintained

For an airport hotel, the property was great. It wasn’t the generic airport style hotel. Meal was reasonable at the restaurant (maybe cook the pizza a little longer) and the pool area was very nice. I especially liked the little rooms adjacent to the pool that had little meditation spots. I didn’t even notice the planes flying over. The young lady who checked us in is an absolute delight. Pay her more.

Good clean rooms. Only complaint was noise from nearby airport

Hotel Mango is a lovely sanctuary near the airport which makes access easy. Spotlessly clean, kind staff who sought out English speaking workers to ensure communication was clear when needed, a fabulous restaurant for the daily breakfast and delicious meals at night, and a neat courtyard complete with a resident iguana, our 2 stays at Hotel Mango around our incoming and outgoing flights were easy and comfortable. Highly recommend!

I have seen other reviews saying that the staff was rude. I had exactly the opposite experience. The staff was very kind and helpful. There is some noise from planes, but when you stay that close to the airport, I would just assume that there would be. Other than that, I did not hear anything from other guest rooms or the hallway, and my room was next to reception. The breakfast was also very nice, and they have four options to choose from. I arrived late, so I did not try the restaurant for dinner. I will stay there again. Very convenient to and from the airport.

Excellent, clean, friendly staff.

Nice pool and nice to have a restaurant onsite. The food was fair. Peppermint lemonade was delicious. Room was clean and fine.

Older hotel, well maintained, close to airport convenience and noise.

The receptionist was so sweet. She even helped me with the luggage. The on site restaurant was delicious. They delivered the food to our room. Very close to the airport and can't beat the free transportation for our flight the next day! Very pleased with the hotel and great value.

This quaint hotel is just minutes from the airport - super safe - and much care has been put into the design and decor. The restaurant dinner was excellent, and reasonably priced. Overall, we felt like we were valued customers, with excellent service all around.

Needs maintenance

Great hotel, nice breakfast included, beautiful premises and clean room. Convenient location for quick airport commute, but very noisy as the airplane takeoff takes place right over the hotel.

Hotel was fine however the noise from the planes was very loud and there were no local walkable shops or activities but both of these are expected from an airport hotel. It was very convenient for the airport
