Great amenities & cozy design, but I would definitely like to point out very nice and helpful staff.

Hi! Thank you, it was a great stay. What stood out the most was the outstanding service, especially from Ella Schnüriger, who was incredibly attentive and professional. I also really appreciated the transfer service to and from St. Moritz station, punctual, smooth, and very well organized.

We had a wonderful stay. The ambiance was great. Staff was friendly and helpful even in difficult situations. The room was well designed and had more amenities than we needed. It was quiet and clean. Food was excellent. An overall wonderful experience

Convenient and beautiful location

Beautiful property with superb staff and responsive to questions or needs. Nicely appointed and wonderful rooms. Gorgeous location outside of main area but within a 10 min drive to town.

We had the most wonderful stay! The hotel was a mix of old time charm and modern everything else. We absolutely loved it. The valley setting couldn’t have been more perfect with stunning views and wonderful walking paths and proximity to the tram and to the little town. The hotel inclusions - tennis, bikes and train/tram passes were a wonderful perk, saving us hundreds of francs on our excursions. There was so much to do. The breakfast was delicious and the dinners - while pricy, were top rate. We especially loved afternoon cocktails on the patio and in the bar with live piano. The restaurant/bar staff were mostly excellent and very efficient. There was one particularly grumpy and off-putting fellow but otherwise most were friendly. English is not widely spoken but we managed just fine. Two thumbs up for this wonderful property. Would recommend a 4-5 day stay if you like hiking and sightseeing.

Wellness well done and clean. Some Rooms require better designed furniture. Hotel Directors (Mrs. & Mr. Seiler) are outstanding. Well organized and for our cross Country ski marathon well prepared for transportation.

Ein wunderbares Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Service und sehr gutem Essen. Jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Persönliche Begrüßung und Verabschiedung durch die Eigentümer. Das gesamte Haus ist äußerst gepflegt und praktisch nutzbar. Volle Punktzahl, gerne mit Zusatzstern. Absolute Empfehlung.

Hotel muito agradável e confortável. Pessoas educadas e muito atenciosas. Restaurante bom, café da manhã excelente. Fica a cerca de 15 min do centro de St Moritz. O hotel fornece passes de transporte público e também tem serviço de transfer para a estação de trem.

Es war phantastisch, gelebte Gastfreundschaft. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Danke an das ganze Team, denn nur mit einem guten Team fühlt sich ein Gast so richtig wohl.
