This is a beautiful hotel with great views! Rooms are nice with great a/c and internet. Not far from pereira readily available taxi service to and from hotel! Staff is wonderful, restaurant good! Breakfast with much variety and special orders accepted! Could spend days just relaxing at this beautiful location

This hotel is close to Pereira, but feels like it is a world park, amazing pool wonderful restaurant great room service. The suites are wonderful with the giant hot tub, I will definitely return again and again.

Beautiful place! Gorgeous views of the mountains and valleys and birds chirping However service at the hotel’s restaurant is very very slow and food is not tasty even though the staff at the restaurant are very nice Elizabeth at the reception is very sweet and johnathan at the reception was very helpful with arranging a day trip to Marssela The room is beautiful however the lighting is poor.. and it would be nice to have an electric coffee machine in the room

This is a mountain lodge, so it is a bit more rustic than you would find at a beach location. however the rooms were clean, big, in good repair, and comfortable. The bed I had in my room is literally the biggest I have ever slept in. It is bigger than a King. Room service is fantastic, as is the food from the restaurant. The pool features two jacuzzis, a pool, and a sauna. There is also transportation to and from the airport provided free of charge. I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely stay again. By the way, this is a great place for a romantic getaway.

The best hotel I have been to in Colombia. Very classy and elegant. Beautiful setting and landscape.

The staff are very attentive and the property is well kept and surrounded by spectacular views. I would highly recommend Casa San Carlos Lodge for a relaxing and peaceful experience. Its also a bird lovers paradise with so many different species singing and flying around the property.

I had the best stay ever!! This place is a real paradise…. Luz (general manager) is an excellent manager but most importantly she is a warming charismatic human being. The whole staff is very dedicated to what hospitality really is serving guests and satisfying their needs. Highly recommended!!!! Gabriel was one of my favorites in the restaurant Alex took the time to have our clothes pressed or steamed on time. Excellent place to escape from the everyday stress.

What a great retreat especially for couples to unwind

Gorgeous property with delicious restaurant and friendly service. Or room was spacious with the largest bed I’ve ever slept in! It was like 1.5 king beds. Very memorable and tranquil stay!

Friendly staff , clean rooms great internet . Worth every dime.

I would recommend for peace and quiet - scenery and overlooking mountains/ hills. Is breathtaking- clean air and nature lovers this is the place … the only recommendation come prepare for mosquitoes- daytime and nighttime …. But that’s nature …
