Great hotel with comfortable beds within walking distance of many shops and the city center

Great hotel

Check in staff very friendly. We had a problem with a noisy fan /air conditioner in our room . Changed us no questions. Rooms very comfortable and clean . Good breakfast buffet . Great central location.

Very nice property. Bathroom was small but room was very nice. Middle of town. Great location. Walk to everything.

Don't clean the rooms and don't tell you they don't clean the rooms. Not cheap, so why???

Best hotel in Leipzig

Location is wonderful! Close to everywhere I wanted to visit. Very convenient for shopping, train ride, restaurants . I couldn't ask more!

El lugar esta muy bien cuidado y planeado. Sin embargo las camas son individuales y solo las juntan para hacer una king/matrimonial pero se mueven con el movimiento mientras duermes. El desayuno estuvo carísimo 21€ por un desayuno muy pobre de opciones. Por lo demás el lugar está bien ubicado.

Not up to the standard wen have come to expect from NH Hotels. We had to request additional coffee capsules each day of our stay, instead of having then left when the room was serviced. We also requested washcloths from several different staff, but none ever arrived. One of the windows did not seal properly which resulted in street noise disturbing our sleep. The lights around the bed did not work on one side. The window treatments on one of the windows were also not complete. All in all, extremely sloppy attention to detail. We have stayed in NH hotels in Vienna, Verona, Bologna and Dresden and have always been extremely satisfied. Leipzig NH was a big disappointment. The staff could not have been nicer, but management needs to up their game on maintenance and attention to detail.

Our experience at the NH was great. The room was well designed, clean, and the wireless reliable. The fitness center was also good for a European hotel. Lastly, the property was a few blocks from the busy main square and just a 15-minute walk from the main train station

Wonderfully located

The staff was excellent throughout. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and the bed was comfortable. I loved having advance choice between a tub-shower and a walk-in shower (during early online check-in). I generally dislike tub-showers because they seem slippery and awkward, and therefore potentially dangerous.
